I made a mobile order, and arrived about 20 minutes later. The store was locked without any close signs, and there were workers inside. The manager saw me but just flat out ignored and didn't even try to have a conversation at all. I banged the door a couple times to get her attention, but she came with a phone in her hands, threatening to call police on me. I explained that I have mobile order and want refund, she just yelled "I don't know, ask in the app!" AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
I ordered king bacon and they kept me waiting for more than 25 minutes on line It wasn't to many customers in front only 3 I don't understand why take too long to serve , and when finally got to the window they took another good 8~10 minutes to get my order , the bacon was almost raw and no salt on the fries , plus not even napkins on the bag , they are nice people but way to slow , keep customers waiting for too long
Drive thru is down. Ok. No signage to explain the situation... so do you expect every customer to know the menu by heart? Go inside and the lady that rang me out clearly doesn't want to be here. I see why I stopped coming to BK SMH
Is the food decent here? I suppose. However, they offer NO curbside pickup. So when I order I have to wait in their drive-thru which is always congested, especially by people that aren’t smart enough to download the app and save themselves and everyone else a bunch of time. And it seems that all the BKs are the same in this area. Do better.
Nobody in the store gets paid enough to deal with what they had, but they also had no idea how to prepare or deal with the situation when it happened. The dude at the speaker was super rude & heard him complaining to coworkers over the speaker. Spent over 30 minutes from speaker to leaving. They didn't start the order til we were at the window to pick it up & speaker dude walked by 3 times getting progressively angry with us "holding up the line" which was not our fault. The kitchen messed up, they didn't even start the order til we were in the pickup window & had 2 front staff members standing around cause they couldn't do anything to help.In short: if I was a diehard burger King fan, and this was the last one left, I wouldn't go back cause it was a dumpster fire wrapped in a hot mess.
What a disaster. The customer service at this location is always among the worst, but this visit it finally reached a new low. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes(drive through), i asked for a receipt because my order seemed to cost almost twice as much as last time, and instead of giving me a reciept the cashier just repeated my order at me. Then when i was handed my order i didnt see any sauce in the bag, so i asked for a couple sauces for my nuggets, and was told they were in the bottom of the bag. Spoiler ⚠️ they were not. Unsurprisingly, all my food was cold after all that time waiting and then the ride home. Nothing tastes better than being overcharged for cold, sauceless nuggets and mediocre burgers. But i'll forget/forgive in a month or two, and i will be back.
Waited very long in the drive thru, despite there only being one car ordering & myself in line. I was outside the drive thru lane entrance for a while. That being said, when I finally pulled up there were more vehicles behind me & the employee blurted out "Cash only, what can I get you?" over the speaker.I told them I didn't have enough cash to order a meal & they made fun of me. At least SOMEONE was laughing lol, I wasn't. And now I was stuck going through the drive thru.Would have been nice to know it was cash only before I got stuck in the drive thru, maybe put up a SIGN at the entrance so people sitting in line for 10 minutes can just leave?No bk breakfast for me, & because of the delay no where else either. Thanks y'all, keep it up!
I’m disappointed with this location. I tried to use the BK app to redeem a $7 whopper meal for two and the cashier says they’re no longer accepting coupons from the app at ALL stores in Washington State, and that they accept only mailed out coupons to your home address.My fries were cold, my sprite was less than satisfactory, and the burger lacked that BK taste I’ve come to love and know.
Never less than 20-25 minutes to get to the window. Each time I’ve come here, they’ve forgotten something, from a straw to orders of fries. Certainly needs to be staffed and managed more efficiently
So 4 days out of the week this location apparently closes at freaking 4 in the AFTERNOON….and google says the other days they are open until midnight but it’s always closed well before that. Like hours before. Who is managing this place? Because they are doing a terrible job. Please just go out of business already so it can be replaced with something worth while…
