I ordered chicken strips tossed in medium sauce. I was told they are not allowed to toss the chicken strips in sauce and that I can only have the sauce on the side. This has never happened before. I have always had them tossed in sauce and extra wet and was never a problem. Why can't they toss the strips when they can toss boneless wings?! Is this a new policy?However, the service was slow and we were barely checked on. My husbands wings were good but he was about done with them when my son and I got our food. We won't be back! So disappointing!
BWW has one of the worst websites I’ve ever used. That’s the first issue, but that’s not the fault of this particular restaurant. The second issue which IS with this restaurant, is that I ordered the chicken tenders tonight with original Buffalo sauce. I was shocked when I picked up my order, and there was no sauce on the tenders! The cashier told me the sauce was on the side, inside the bag. It was not. So she went and got me one sauce which was puny. So I asked for another one, and she said she’d have to ask if I can have another one. Are you kidding me?? She gave me the other sauce. When I got home, I dipped my tenders in the sauce. The sauce was really OILY and I had to mix it well to get the hot Buffalo taste to come out. And I got five tenders so the sauce amount I asked for barely covered all five. I’m still really puzzled as to WHY the sauce wasn’t on them in the first place?? I won’t be ordering from them anymore. I’ll go to Black Angus next time for my Buffalo chicken tenders.
I never leave a review at places but this experience was not pleasant. To not make me sound like a total Karen, the wait was long very long. They had a big party and had to clean up. Understandable. We waited about 45 minutes for our food to get out, and it was cold. The Mac and cheese was undercooked, the wings were hard and extremely dry. Our server was at least very kind for the most part. We hope to try this place again soon and see if perhaps they just had a bad day. As of right now, I do not recommend this location.
Bad service. Called in my order and came for it, they said it never processed. Everyone seemed unprofessional and almost confused. The place was empty. Honestly they need new employees, a new management team, a new cook and a complete make over at this point of their reputation. Came back 20 minutes later and no one was even at the front, had to walk towards the kitchen to find someone. And paid 27 bucks for wings that weren't even good honestly. Not worth it and they should change something before they lose all their customers. I recommend start with the girls who work the phones and cashier. Maybe hire someone who is actually professional and isn't clueless on the job.
I understood when went to the scan the code to see the menu cause covid. But I was super disappointed that what I can order for carryout is different than dining in to the point our waitress literally said oh we don't carry that in house anymore (to us & the table seatrd next to us) when it's Wings & fries that they have in stock regardless. Next time I will order carryout, eat in the parking lot & save almost half of the money. Which is fine by me cause the service was efficient but not welcoming or friendly, so what's the point of eating in. Also, my favorite wing flavor I order everytime tasted wrong. Not sure if recipe changed, the mix was bad, or they got their sauces mixed up, but it wasn't what I usually get.
The food is ok, my son loves it. The service is not great. When I online order the wait is very long. Sometimes I get nice people sometimes I get people who are very rude. When I order through door dash the wait us over an hour and the food is frozen once we get it. Most of the time the order is messes up. When we went in to sit and eat the lady was nice but the place was like dead and that's maybe because we didn't have proof of vaccine so we had to sit out on the side behind double doors away from everyone. This place isn't that great
the wings are always amazing and so is the service. But I'm there to eat wings and the waiter asks if I need napkins? Ummm shutter already be napkins on the table or offered?
Got a to go order over 5 weeks ago. Got it all the way home and they forgot to add sauce to any of the wings. Called the restaurant, no apology, just a short "we will refund you." 2 weeks later, still no refund. Call again, finally get ahold of a manager and am assured I'll be called back and refunded. It's now 5 weeks and still no call or refund.
This is usually a good one but there management and employees don't care and it shows in the food. How can you mess up a double bacon cheeseburger. Even the soda was bad
