The space could definitely be utilized better, it's dark, the plant is dead, and the seating is limited. The cashier was friendly when I went, but I ordered the wintermelon milk tea with honey boba and grass jelly ... paid $7.The drink wasn't milky or creamy at all like other boba shops, it was watered down and was basically sugar water. Not to mention the seal was so cheap, I flipped my cup and my drink spilled, but okay it happens? They run it through again .. I take 3 steps before I flip it and it isn't sealed properly again and I spill it again. The last try, I thought it was fine. Walked to my car and popped the straw in, and the lid lifted and spilled over the milk tea?The tables were sticky, didn't feel welcoming or ambient at all. Maybe trying to maintain 4 locations was a bit adventurous ? cuz the Tacoma one is solid but the Kent and Federal Way ones?? Yeah, y'all gotta put the brakes on that.
Their drinks are amazing. My family are regulars here. However, I only give them 3stars because the place gets more dirty every time we come here. And that plant in the corner needs to go bye bye.
Cold, dark, sparse, uninviting. Cool idea, bad execution. Also dirty…sweeping the floors and wiping the tables once an hour should be done religiously. Coming out from behind the counter and interact with your customers. This just tells me management or the owners have their heads to far up their ass’ to realize they got a problem.
Delicious teas in various combos. Definitely ask for light ice though, they go a bit heavy on the crushed ice and it gets sucked into the Boba straw.

Please retrain your staff as of the drink taste mostly water then tea compare to drink at Tukwila also Honey Boba doesnt had the right texture I am sorry but wont comeback anytime soon
Honey Boba is sweet but a bit tough to chewThe Thai green tea is quite floral tasting, like lavender or rose, and a bit watered down, I don’t recommend. I tried the OG and preferred that. Disappointed the boba is so tough and they gave very little that I drank all the boba with half of the milk tea left, that’s enough to deter me from coming back
best boba place? not sure yet I will discover more.. but at least imo it's better than Melody's across the street..
