Biscuits used to be the place we would tell all of our out of town friends about, the great breakfast spot with something for everyone. Over the past few years though it has really gone down in quality and service. Due to undercoocked/cold food and rude management I don't think we ever really plan on coming back. I know that the pandemic hit a lot of businesses hard but apparently Biscuits was hit especially so. Hopefully one day we can come back and leave an opposite review and our old favorite can become our new favorite all over again.
I’ve been here 3 times, I love how their breakfast taste like it was made at home. If they are busy, you’re food may lack quality. Giving 4 stars because the last 2 times I went, the quality of the food was lacking and the server was terrible but I would check em out during a non busy time. The pictures I attached are of their french toast, biscuit and meat lovers scrambled. I ordered this on my 1st time trying them out. Could be a hit or miss type of joint.
The food was pretty cold and the hashbrowns were not done at all. The worst part of the meal was our waitress Ivorne she wolud just walk away before we were done talking we felt very unwelcome. I never not leave a tip and I'm pretty sure she thought we weren't going to tip her so she gave us horrible service. The hostress who sat us was super sweet, she noticed my son crying and thought he wanted more crayons and went out of her way to get him more. I gave the hostess the $20 tip our waitress would have gotten if she had made us feel welcome.
The food is always good & well worth the wait! I have gone here for years & needed to meet with friends coming from different directions so this was a perfect t place to meet up & have some coffee & catch up. The service is good & the port are HUGE!
I ordered Delivery, the food arrived warm & delicious! I noticed that the biscuit had a hint of cinnamon to it - I don't know if that was on purpose or not, but it tasted great. The chicken fried steak I ordered was lightly breaded, was seasoned okay. Hashbrowns & sausage gravy was tasty. I highly recommend their pancakes - very fluffy and soft.
Food is amazing and my server was a sweet little lady that made sure my code cup was always full which is huge for me. Old time feel with old time soft music playing. I will definitely be returning when in the area. Breakfast consisted of two biscuits and gravy, loaded hashbrowns, two eggs, two sausage patties also covered in gravy. Yum, yum yum.
We ordered Country Benedict and a Ham Benedict both were over cooked and served cold. Not sure what happened to the quality of food they use to have. But I will not return ?
I placed an online order and received a email to come pick it up, it said to call when I got to the parking lot. So I did & they said they don't do that so I went into the restaurant and the cashier was very rude. Also the food was awful. There was no egg on my chief salad like it showed & said on the menu. I will not be back to this place. I also wrote corporate the same day which was February 14, 2022 & I have NOT hear back from them. The guess at this point they don't care either. Keep it up & you won't have any customers.
Horrible experience, servers are very rude and unprofessional , food is super greasy and burned , I ordered red , CRISPY POTATOES, got soggy , burned potatoes , ( photo included). Ordered Crispy bacon , got Limp , cold , soggy , bacon , I ordered Crispy fries with my sons burger , soggy , limp fries. Photo included of bacon . The burger was good . But how can you mess up a burger . ? I won’t recommend this place.
The employees working here are amazing. Food and service was great. But the shift manager or whoever this person has zero respect for the employees and customers. Walks around without a mask. Carrying food without a mask and top if off she "conceal" carry. I have no issue with conceal carry but when I see a manager blantly walking around showing off her guns to everybody we are going to have issue. Be professional. Excpeically around kids.
