Let me start by saying we are really picky. I was really worried being it’s a taco truck. But it did not disappoint! No bubble guts. Food was so delicious! Great prices! Well worth the drive! We will definitely be back!

This is the best Birria spot in the Seattle greater area. A bit far from Seattle but if you are in the south end definitely worth checking out.
