Friendly enough, but terrible service. I ordered the smokehouse brisket meal. The sandwich was a mess with meat on top and side, cheese missing, and no sauce. I asked for curly fries with ranch dressing to dip them in, and the fries were half empty and didn't include any ranch. didn't get a receipt, didn't get napkins, and didn't get a straw for my drink which was the incorrect drink as well. This was the third time I've had terrible service and will not be going back again. Three strikes and Arby's is OUT!
Swa in the newspaper that Arby's had their Crispy Fish sandwich on sale, which is one of my favorites. Great service.
Been coming to this Arby’s for a decade and more, and service in the last few months as declined. Lots of errors and food quality not what it should be. Covid downtime seems to have added to problem of keeping it staffed well with quality workers. Having to travel to Auburn or Tacoma to find better service (and last time in Auburn was bad too - brisket sandwich was actually inedible). Sad
I mean it's Arby's. The stuff of lore.I really recommend @nihilist_arbys while in the drive through because the peeps here get it! Want a salad? They'll ring it up and when you get to the window tell you it was useless and they are out of the rabbit food so how about some roast beef instead!
No potato cakes ordered a chicken sandwich and received this strip thing. Instead, see pic below. I'm never going back, wish I could give zero stars five of them 00000!
I just stopped by to pick up some dinner today and there was a sign blocking the drive through. This was at 4:30 pm. I have had this happen before. I have always liked the food from this place but I don’t like getting there at 4:30 and finding it closed. Very poor business practices.
Went here for a bite to eat. Drive thru was long, I believe there was only one person in the entire building because it was slow and it appeared the guy taking your payment was also preparing the food! I hope he gets more help!Food was good.
I am rating this Arbys location a solid 5 stars for one reason, I got an arbys sandwich from here and it was very exquisite, I asked for the person who made this delightfully delicious sandwich and discovered it was a man named Duop, Duop deserves a raise.
GOODNESS - the food is good but this is definitely not fast food! Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru for our food after we waited 15 minutes to order! The young people at the windows were very sweet but the length of time we had to wait is ridiculous!
The drive-thru took me over 20 minutes to get thru and there were only 2 vehicles ahead of me. Been here many times before, was never this bad. Too bad once you get in line, you're stuck. Made the trip almost not worth it. Maybe put vehicles in a holding area temporarily to get the line moving? I may come back again, food is great, but this last trip was really bad.
