Manager is very high strung! Yelling his employees names across the restaurant to have a table cleaned. Was asked a simple question by the bartender and made her feel like she should know all the answers. Bartender was kind of blunt but she got everything the customers needed. Atmosphere with employees was blah they were just going through the motions because they need a paycheck. Flip side they were all moving fast and executing. Bar area where they put all the dirty cups was piling up and employee even laughed about it. For the most part an alright experience but that’s me going out on a limb. Food made up for stale atmosphere
Everything was great the staff and the food was amazing not a long wait to be served. There was alot of sports games going on to keep me busy . The food was absolutely great.
Food was tasty and large portions but the server didn't keep my ice tea full. In fact ate half my appetizer without any drink in front of me. Not my favorite experience this time visiting.
The server literally tried to refute me when I asked for silverware and napkins after she delivered our food. With two nine year olds, one ordering pasta, and then I ordered a salad. How the heck do we eat without silverware??? And, nope, kids don’t need napkins either. ?
Arrived and all of a sudden a waitress confronts and discriminates because I didnt get vaccinated even though they have a poster that says 'Applebee's resturaunts comply with the Washington law against discrimination'.I strongly encourage to stop supporting places that are discriminating against others medical choices or religious beliefs
Service was very slow due to the kitchen being backed up with to go orders. My friend and I both had very simple orders with drinks. The waitress was ok, but not much to do when food isn't ready. When it did come to the table, everything was room temp. Drinks were good. Not sure if I will visit this location again.
Great food, but don’t expect good service. They CONSTANTLY get orders wrong or there are items missing when we get home, even though we ask them to double check. Tonight we showed up at the expected time and when we showed up, the server came out and said she was going to check on the order, but never came out again until 25 minutes later. We called and their response is they’re busy. The management at this location clearly needs some attention so they can ensure customers are better served.
Our server was absolutely great. The food was not. I made the mistake of ordering a steak and will not be doing that again after getting the worst cut of meat I think I've ever had. Our server was very sweet about it and wanted to take it back, but I declined and made the best of it. We now know for the future to stick with something like burgers and choose a better quality restaurant when we want more options.
It was fantastic! It's a cool place with good food and a friendly staff. Every penny was well spent.
Excellent food, primarily goat and beef. The setting is tranquil and well hidden.
