Came from marysville in the rain and I was highly dissatisfied with my meal. The customer service was okay, the guy who took our order was nice and did nothing wrong. We were told it would be 20-25 minutes so my boyfriend and I waited in the car and my boyfriend went in within that time frame. After a total of 20 more minutes or so of waiting I texted my bf for an update. About 8 minutes later he finally came back to the car with our food. We waited basically an hour for this. Everything we ordered was in there but the wait was not it. It probably comes down to low staffing, the fact that it was a Sunday and raining. In terms of the food the wings here are incredibly salty maybe it’s just the boneless that are that way? The sauce on my wings wasn’t tossed to properly coat each wing. The most disappointing part of all this were the rolls. I had been most looking forward to those and craving them but when I took them out of the bag they even LOOKED cold I didn’t even have to touch or eat them. Once I picked one up I was immediately upset they were just as I suspected: cold, hard and difficult to eat. One roll had a huge center missing. Just a mess. Even when I attempted to reheat them at home they remained a bad texture compared to the other times I’d eaten them in the past. Idk if they were some rolls that had been sitting there for a while or whatever happened. Either way an employee had to have looked at those rolls and placed them in my bag without a second thought. If I had personally looked in the bag that contained the rolls instead of relying on my bf’s quick check, I would’ve seen how bad they were and went back in for fresh ones. I’ll definitely be reaching out to the store or even the franchise owner if necessary because this is ridiculous. Oh, and my total was $40 this place is expensive and can’t even deliver a quality meal.
I stopped here thee other week and the wings are hella tiny. If you order your food here they can do it under 12 minutes, but you can't eat inside and when you get your bag they don't give you napkins.
Place is FILTHY!!! Do not go here, I saw the cook mixing sauce with his bare hands and then touching the trash and going back to mixing the food with his hands. This should be a health violation. Called the manager for a refund, he said he wouldn’t do it and would not give me his name.
My Bestie and I needed food so I suggested Wingstop. When we ordered we were told it would be no longer than 18 minutes. Everyone was very nice. We did see an order switch. It seems they take care of Door dash orders first, before call in or walk in orders. 30 minutes later we had our food. It was very good. My Bestie liked it too. Just time management issues.
This is not my first experience here. This time I just ordered fries. When I walked in, the guy standing behind the counter was scrolling Tik Tok before finally looking up and taking my order. He said 6 minutes for fries. I stood around for 20 minutes watching as nobody wore gloves or washed their hands. Trust me, I will never give this place my business again or recommend it. It's dysfunctional and unsanitary. Also the wings don't have enough sauce.
Went back to give them another chance and my order got given to someone else who walked out with it, came back and then I was told that they had also forgot to put in 1/3 of the order in the bag . And the only thing said by the employee was " oh sorry" . Got home and the wing's where overcooked again. Love this company but this location can't get it right.
Service was great and the wings were cooked well as well as being meaty. Wasn't too crazy for the sauces (Lemon pepper and cajun rub). I'll need to try the others. Their Ranch was on point ?
Ordered: Spicy Korean and parmesan garlic bone-in wings. Flavor of the wings was good, although I would have liked more sauce on them.Out of 10 wings two of them had two feathers left on them.Easy enough to order online. But my experience with the "ready in" time is the same as many other reviewers...4:05 pm: Ordered online: "Ready in 16-21 minutes."4:26 pm: Arrived and paid: "Will be ready in under 5 minutes."4:39 pm: "Ready in 2 minutes."4:47 pm Food in hand.Staff we're very busy but responsive. The girl that handed me my food apologized for the delay.
This was first time ever trying wingsstop as well as my girlfriend, all the reviews say how under seasoned everything was, our order was way too over seasoned, it was so strong we couldn’t even eat more than one wing without puking almost, literally way to strong, the fries were soggy, the only good part about this meal was the drink because of the coke machine, on top of the restaurant being an absolute mess with soda all over the counters and floorDefinitely recommend not going here
Today I was finally in the casino road area around lunch time so I finally got the chance to try out the new wing stop that opened in may and I can see why they are so popular the wings were delicious! I ordered my lunch via their website for take out, the process was quick and easy and they even let you get your order of wings with 2 different sauces or dry rubs. I got just the 10 piece boneless wings for $7 on their website it advertises them as 70 cents per wing. And it allowed me to customize the flavor of wings so I ordered 6 hickory smoke BBQ boneless wings and 4 Korean BBQ boneless wings. I love this option because it made deciding which flavor to get that much easier. Cant wait to come back soon and try out some more of their menu items, highly recommend if your a fan of wings!
