Absolutely trash. Ordered door dash only to receive a whole messed up order. Missing patty, drink, SLOPPY. Cold undercooked fries. Called to talk to a manager and to explain it he passed it off to another worker that stated even with my receipt we couldn't go pick up the missing patty and lemonade. We didn’t even need a whole new order. The workers are lazy and rude. Every order I’ve had from them is a DISAPPOINTMENT. Hire new people.
So let me start off with how high are your employees on the clock? I went by this location roughly 15 minutes ago. Get home and start eating my burger ( which was not the burger that I ordered. I got a baconator burger instead of the barbecue, but that's not the issue) the issue I have is, my burger was somehow almost raw in the middle and was very pink. The names that I have on my receipt are as follows.Host: NoahCashier: JoshuaClearly someone was paying attention or just to stoned to cook. In the future, pay attention to who you've got cooking. I hope I don't get super sick because that'll be a very big problem
Wendys Wendy's Wendy's haven't you ever heard the saying if it ain't broke then DNT fix it. You guys should have never changed the type of fries that you guys use to have. I hate the fries you got now that's actually whatadd me stop going to you guys as much as i use to

I had a DoorDash order and there was hair in my food. Absolutely disgusting never ordering food from this place ever again.
They kept us waiting to order for 20 minutes. Though they did apologize for the delay. The chili was excellent but my chicken burger and double cheese burger was super bland. My double cheese burger was saturated with ketchup. Gross. Chicken nuggets were good as usual and I love dipping their fries ? in a frosty.

Something happened with my sandwich and it needed to be remade. They were very polite about the issue and even gave me double the meat in the replacement sandwich, and a free large fries! Thank you for the good customer service despite the issue!
Used to be good, however lately every time I order from doordash I NEVER receive my potatoes (&once a burger was missing too) even though it says cancel order if not available and then I don't get a refund for those missing items. I'm guessing because I've reported missing items every time, they probs think I'm lying about it since it *shouldn't* be that often an occurrence? So unfair I'm stuck paying because of ongoing gross negligence on Wendy's part. I just tried calling to see if they have potatoes at this time (seems they're constantly out) to see if I could avoid the issue before it happens-and they refuse to answer the phone. Also, twice the delivery driver has arrived there and been made to wait 15 minutes to get my food I ordered a half hour prior, like.....to then STILL arrive missing most of the stuff is just not okay! I've lost about $20 due to the workers not including my food!
