I came through the drive through the older lady who took our order was very rude and pushy the food was undercooked I got sick really badly from it I don't recommend this place in the slightest I complained to the woman and all she had to say is what did you want. No sorry no nothing I am far from entitled but for an older lady working at Wendy's she had a pissy aditude and after I was immediately sick to my stomach I lost everything in my stomach and it was just overall a terrible experience.
The hot honey chicken sandwich is giving the other places a run for their money.
It's a nice looking Wendy's the customer service was trash though but the food was at least fine. Definitely one of my worse experiences at fast food. Usually wendys is much better than they were this most recent time.
Wendy's is in general pretty dam good But when you go 20 minutes before they close is something I would try to avoid. It takes forever for the drive thru person to finish whatever they do. And thenkt takes forever again to get your food.
Drive thru girl was soooooo RUDE!! SLAMMED THE WINDOW SAYING "GOSH" then to top it off the manager was unclean and completely unprofessional as well looked like she just rolled out of bed and it was obvious rolled out on the wrong side. Then last but not least the order was completely messed up and nasty... Fry"s and biggest were almost ice cold and hard
Throughout the last 2 years I've regularly gone to this Wendy's. The folks who worked here have always been super friendly and quick to get people through the lines. I know that my order is going to be correct every time I got through.
I went to the restaurant on Broadway and they forgot one of my 4 for 4s and I went back to the parking lot to call them, but they didn't answer and I call them about 5 or 6 times
Wendy's never disappoints. We placed a large order and got everything. Food was hot and delicious as always. In addition, it's always less expensive then most of burger places.
Very disappointed that Wendy's was closed at 9pm on a Thursday. I went through earlier and was satisfied with my meal, especially the value of it.
No-nonsense service. Quick and issue free order taking. The nine cars ahead of me were processed and on their way in 10 minutes or less. Cashier was pleasant and cheerful, was sure to make sure we received our free frosty for donating to the children's fund. One of the better ran fast food establishments in the area.
