Quick, friendly, and attentive service. The food was delicious..we ordered "to go" and it was well packaged. Definitely want to go back and try more menu items.
Never disappointed. I used to get the Bento, but now I get the Spicy Ramen, which is so good! Cannot recommend this place enough. Plus, it is close to home.
Service was great. Ramen was just okay, I didn’t care for the soup so much. California Roll Handroll was very good.
I really like the sushi and service here. Mind you I've only ever ordered take out but it's pretty good. Prices are reasonable.A take out order usually takes about 25 - 35 mins to be ready, so take that into consideration when ordering.
Always great dishes and sushi. It's amazing to have such great food in this single plaza that's close to work. I was here for training and loved coming here for sushi and chicken katsu. Great staff and great food. I'm gonna miss this place when my training is over and I head back to California (home).
The chicken was very good. We ordered several things because we had never been before. Everything was good. I had never been over in that section of town before. The little strip mall it's in has alot of other food choices. Lots of competition. The people were very nice and we had no language barrier issues. It's worth trying for sure
This place is amazing! Found it while looking for a spot to eat lunch. We are from Richland WA so we wanted to try a new spot while visiting family. Everything was amazing! Their tonkotsu ramen is to die for! I will definitely return!
As always the Yellowtail Nigiri was delicious and fresh! Also ordered the Hawaiian rolls, they were very good as well. If your looking for a local sushi spot this is the best around!
Moved here from Austin a few months back and have been trying to find good Japanese food for a while and couldn't find anything I liked. Decided to give Wasabi Factory a try and was not left disapointed. The Sushi was very fresh and smooth, the Ramen and Udon were both rich in flavor and the ingredients were fresh and crisp. The atmosphere inside is warm and inviting and the staff are incredibly nice. I was upset at the thought of leaving my favorite place in Austin but I can say that this place fills the void. I would have uploaded photos but I was to busy enjoying the dishes.
Ordered the bento box. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The server was super attentive and kind. As someone who's lived in Japan for two years I highly recommend this place. Gives you nostalgia.
