Love this place! This is a great place to do homework or meet up with people. The baristas are very sweet. One of the baristas introduced me to my new favorite drink, a blue lotus with vanilla and blackberry ?

Saturday morning and there was a decent line. Went fairly quickly. Was greeted by person taking my order. They were very friendly. People drinking and enjoying their morning in the cafe. Some games for kids. Back room as well. Bright and airy atmosphere. Comfortable hand friendly place with good coffee.Did not find some of the 1 star reviews accurate. But I go to coffee places for coffee not food. And I usually rate places for what their main items are.

Great discovery!I'm happy to have found a sit down coffee shop with delicious home baked treats. It is clean, very nice with nice helpful staff and most importantly, good coffee!

Nice little coffee shop in Everett.Lots of easy parking, coffee is good, but they really do need to install some sound deadening materials inside the place. The inside is very loud from patron voice echoes (concrete everywhere) which makes it hard to hear the person next to from all the noise! What....what....what?

Bray was our barista and he was awesome. Great coffee, cute shop! Loved it :)Also the perfect place to study!

Please acknowledge customers when they come into your empty business. Ever wonder why your entire dining space is completely empty? See first comment. It’s easy to fix.

Wish I could tell you more about the coffee, but I can certainly tell you about the food! Eight bucks gets you a super-heated, super-soggy, microwaved bagel sandwich complete with an undersized, preformed egg patty. Guess Milk House can't be bothered to toast a bagel or cook a proper egg for the prices they are charging. What's more, prices for most items are actually higher than posted on the menu and have been for weeks, but Milk House hasn't bothered to change them. I might come back for a coffee at some point, but I'm still feeling quite burned (both figuratively and literally) from my first experience here.UPDATE: I appreciate the reply to this review and the reassurance that my feedback will be "shared with the team", which I hope consists of the owner and managers. After all, it's not the frontline staff that make decisions about what the menu says or what products are put on offer. Also, "local" ingredients are not necessarily synonymous with "good" ingredients and the final product speaks for itself. I'm not sure I have ever heard someone exclaim that their preformed egg patty is superior to a freshly cooked egg simply because it was "locally sourced". I could get the same "quality" product at McDonald's and save a few dollars in the process. As for prices being a "range" as you state, it should be noted that prices traditionally reflect baseline versions of things like drinks and items like your breakfast sandwich are fixed price, so that's not an excuse. It's clear your baseline prices have gone up, but you haven't made that apparent to customers, which is disingenuous. With the addition of card fees, a customer's order can end up significantly higher than what they expect. I hope you will consider these things and strive to improve your product and presence accordingly.

Went in for a white chocolate mocha and I got a coffee cake, the place is cute and rustic, has bathrooms nice sitting area. The customer service wasn't that great, and the white chocolate mocha wasn't the best. The coffee cake I thought was stale since the outer part was hard but it seemed like the crust was also possibly a sugar crust either way it was delicious and didn't taste old. Has a few parking spots. I might've not had the best experience and will possibly give them another shot. if anything it might be a nice place to just stop by if I don't stop anywhere else first.

We accidently stumbled on to this place while passing through. Had the sweater weather chai.. so delicious.. And their bagels just melt in your mouth. This place is my new favorite.

One of the best coffee shops I’ve been to!
