I was in Everett this evening on sone business and I stopped this place to get a take out and take home with me. The only issue I had was the location and lack of parking spot. Plus I truly won't feel safe leaving my car there without watching it. The shopping center was anything but clean. Trash all over but again this is the shopping center.Now back to the restaurant, the people were very nice. I think the owner helped me and he was a nice guy. The food was so good. I ordered goat biryani's, Naan bread and samosas and they all were delicious. The biryani's have so much meat too. The food was still warm when I arrived to my home in Kirkland. I will stop by again when I am in the area. Friendly staff and great food. I wish they were in a better location.
Fantastic lunch buffet. Paneer tikka masala, curry chicken, naan, mango custard. All good. Will be back!
We had been at this place for a lunch buffet. The food was good, but the service was pathetic. We felt many times that we were ignored starting from a very cold welcome. The buffet was poorly attended. No one seems to even bother about the status of the dishes in the buffet. The dishes were never refilled even though some dishes were about to be over. The used plates at our tables were never removed even once during the 1 hour we spent there. Totally unhappy about the experience. The cost of the buffet was $16.99 per person. It is not at all worth it. The number of dishes are also very limited in this buffet. I don’t recommend the lunch buffet at this place. However, the food was tasty. I may never go back there, but if I do, I will take out food.
Visited after reading such good reviews of the lunch buffet ! Unfortunately, was quite disappointed primarily due to : 1) limited spread for a buffet, and more so because of 2) the dishes ran out pretty quickly and were not refilled in the 1 hour we dined there. We were there pretty early from when the buffet started so never thought this could be an issue. Food taste was average (mild spicy if that's what you prefer). Will not be going back !
We went on lunch buffet on a Tuesday. I must say even in middle of week, they have maintained taste and quantity. For the cost of a buffet, number of items provided were sufficient. I haven't tried a la carte, it should be equally good. Highly recommend for lunch buffet.
We just had lunch here and took advantage of the buffet. Everything was piping hot, fresh and seasoned well. The chicken was tender, the naan was delicious and the veggie pakoras had the best seasoned batter I've ever tasted. The chutneys were fresh and perfectly complimented the 8+ dishes I was able to sample. For desert they have kheer and mango custard, both were phenomenal and the staff members were very kind. This is also the cleanest restaurant I've been to in a while and I'm beyond happy with my first visit to Tasty Indian Bistro. You guys definitely lived up to your good reviews!!!
The best Indian restaurant and food around! Everything I have ever ordered is outstanding! I highly recommend Tasty Indian Bistro! The staff is wonderful, the food is excellent and the restaurant is clean. I can't say enough good things about this place and food.
Food is good I got their Sarson Ka Saag with chicken. Flavorful... however the service was lacking. We went on a Sunday at 1pm. Waiter was by herself, at first it was only my group (3 people) and another table. We ordered our food and waited... one of my friend only ordered an appetizer so we got that quick. About 15 min later about 4 more groups came. My friend and I were talking amongst ourselves but I noticed that at least 2 of the tables that came after us got all of their food... I flagged down the waiter and she checked and said it is coming soon but I think they forgot my order by then its been over 40min since we've orderedI felt sorry for her since she was the only working but she forgot a lot of our order. My friend ordered a coke and we had to remind her because she forgot it, twice. Someone in the back helped out just a bit at the very end of our meal but it was a disappointment since there were so many reviews saying the place was good.Also, I didn't notice till later on but the receipt said they were adding 3.5% credit card surcharge to accept credit cards. That was upsetting considering there was no signage in the restaurant and the waiter didn't tell us at all.
LOVED their food. Finally found a go to place for Indian food. I tried their Channa Bhatura which was very fresh in taste. And the quantity is really good too. My husband tried their Masala chai and he being very particular with his chai, loved it. The server, Shallini, is great at her job.
Delicious, authentic Indian dishes served by helpful, friendly waitstaff. We enjoyed the tandoori sampler plate ($17). Our food was made after we ordered it. The restaurant offers a lunch buffet.
