Somebody needs to tell the woman with the pink hair to be more patient with customers. I have a developmentally disabled adult Who specifically drags me to that taco time. And it is getting consistent now to watch him be treated with disrespect. Sometimes he has trouble ordering, sometimes he doesn’t wanna order at all, sometimes he orders way too much food, sometimes he orders the wrong food. Consistently now he has been given abrupt, unfriendly service and when he’s made a mistake has not been allowed to change his order, has been overcharged, or when given the wrong food, such as when he specifically asked for been Crisp burritos during lent to his horror, he received beef Crisp burritos. Our last visit there I was struggling to get him to order first, and when he resisted I noticed that your worker with the pink hair was giving him and I a dirty look. I really do not need attitude from your staff when you mess up our order so much. For the record, there has never been a time I have taken him to your store when the tables have been clean. We always have to do that ourselves. Most of the time the store is completely empty and there is no reason why those tables cannot be clean. I have never mentioned any of these issues to management before but if you are going to show absolutely no tolerance to someone who struggles I am not going to show any tolerance to people who are being paid to do a job. Keep your attitude to yourself, clean your tables, and try to get your orders right. And if my client does make a mistake in the food that he is ordering don’t tell him it’s just the way that it is and the Burritos have already been dropped. He is developmentally disabled. Keep your attitudes to yourself. Also, could you please tell your staff to stop walking loudly through the restaurant saying stupid stuff like somebody shoot me already. I can’t believe the conversations that I hear your staff have at the top of their lungs not giving a care that people are in the restaurant and eating. Hearing anything about guns or shooting is especially inappropriate at this time. But considering the fact that my client earned a rude Look simply because his mind was delayed in ordering And his emotions were having trouble catching up, this is unacceptable and needs to stop. This is not Taco Bell. I expect more from taco time especially considering the price.

Who the heck puts ketchup on a taco? One taco was okay and I threw away the other. It was awful. If you're called taco time learn how to make a taco. No ketchup.

Gotta love Taco Time! If you're not from the PNW, you won't get it... that's okay- we'll forgive you.

Great restaurant, I am partial though. Love the food

Used drive thru, always been quick service, usually is not busy there

This location is great. The young man who was working the drive-thru was very polite, helpful, and was double checking all the orders before handing them out. Everything was made correctly, even customizations. My only complaint is the value verse cost, but that is not a reflection on this location.

Great chicken Supreme burrito. Real food ingredients. Never better.

The internet lies. They close at 2000 or 8pm. Drove outta my way to get food and they where closed.

Good food and great service in a wonderful location right by I5. Lots of parking. Love the shrimp tacos when they have them.

Great service, fast and accurate. The guy who has took my order was very nice and polite it makes me wanna go every day
