Taco bell actually sent me a invitation to order the Mexican Pizza they just got back. I stopped on my way to work, in a hurry and went on since there was a long line. Once I line I was advised I could ONLY order the pizza thru the app. I pulled up the app WITH the cashier but there wasn't an option for the pizza. She left me standing there to go answer a phone. I grab another employee an explain the situation, he informs me that it's only available in the app but he knows it works because they've sold a few today alone. So I ask for a manager, whom never comes out. I was there for close to 10 mins asking for a work around since they can clearly see its not in my app but both employees were totally clueless. Nobody got a manager as requested, but instead said to me word for word, "can't you just wait until tomorrow". Now I dont have time go anywhere else or even wait for food as now I'm running behind for work. 0 stars is what they deserve.
It used to be great going here but now the night shift, especially whoever worked on April 22, 22, makes none of the food right. On all tacos or burritos they just throw together the sauce on the end and I asked for extra rice, they basically ONLY gave me rice and the burrito was smaller than normal, it's EXTRA rice and I PAID extra for it. The guy just shrugged when I commented on the laziness
Have ordered from the this location multiple times using door dash, and haven't had my order correct once. Either items were made wrong or items were missing. I've tried at different times to see if maybe they were just busy but haven't received a correct order yet.
This is not the first time this has happened. My husband I do not like sour cream at all it ruins our food for us so we always order it without and I tend to add guacamole to mine as well. Tonight, they put guacamole on his burrito (he hates guac too), then put sour cream on my Crunchwrap as well as trying to give us somebody else’s order after we had gotten our food and they didn’t even know we had ordered drinks as well.
I have been coming here and this is not the first time, this has happened many times so I decided to write a review, I ordered spicy potato’s soft tacos, when I spoke to the person during drive through he didn’t even mention they were out of chipotle sauce and gave me these tacos, some of the potatoes were black as well, chips for the nachos was stale and disgusting, I spoke to the manager David who had given me these tacos, he didn’t do anything about this, just told me to come back tomorrow as he didn’t want to deal with it. If you don’t have some the sauce you let me know, so we can order something else, overall their food has not been fresh, worst is not doing anything about it.
They're app and sign outside days that the lobby is open, however if you order for pickup or curbside they won't come out and the keep the doors locked.
It's Taco Bell so you know what you're getting quality wise. The only thing keeping from 5 stars is it seems like a constant rotation employees, and they'll occasionally get my order wrong. Otherwise it's the same experience you'll get at any other Taco Bell.
Refused to sell me the last ornth tacos. Then proceeded to try to call the cops on me. All I wanted was the rest of the tacos the were about to waste. Shame on your employees. They need to get fired and re hired. To need a while new staff and the others in line agreed. I have the petition for new employees ALL TOGETHER BECAUSE YOU ALL ARE SO BAD AT YOUR JOB. YOU THREATEN at any moment Wich makes me and my family feel unsafe here and we have been going there for years. Please get new employees
I'm a delivery driver n go here literally 3 or 4 times a week usually in the early mornings. I love the breakfast burritos, and there spicy potato soft taco. I always get the tacos with beef n sour cream added n it's soo good! The Manager in the mornings n the elegant elderly woman are so nice. It's good food and when you have great conversations to start your day, it can only get better! I pass 4 other taco bell locations on my route JUST so I can come to this location.
Every single table was dirty. Out of 2 sodas. Unpleasant smell inside. 3 trash cans overflowing.I don't give out bad reviews often but I would not recommend this taco bell.
