This was ridiculous. Charge $4 for a burrito that literally has 1 actual piece of steak and 2 tiny little slivers that wouldn't even make a full piece. Ordered 2 of them, first one I ate and knew there was no meat so I opened the second one to take a picture. I get it's fast food and I don't expect perfection but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Arrived at 10:03pm deciding to order within the restaurant. Was ignored as the employee was counting the till whilst cursing under their breath. Another employee walks out from behind the counter with a piece of paper and as they were walking back my wife asked if we were able to order. At that point the employee said there’s sign on the door(they literally just put up) that said only delivery pick up was available and customers were no longer able to order inside. As we leave and get back in our vehicle it was 10:13pm. What should have taken a less than a minute to clarify that indoor orders were no longer accepted it took 10 minutes. We weren’t even acknowledged when we walked in. Of course you’ll think “they’re counting the till, of course they’re not taking orders”. As a customer I’m just thinking about food.

Years and years I've been coming here I'm always polite kind and courteous always saying please and thank you. There is a bigger blond lady that works in the morning that is a complete negative ball of energy. You ask her a question and she snaps at you, not 1 time but multiple times. I wish I could talk to the franchise owner to have him review video footage of how rude and snappy she is to customers. Be happy it's your job....

I had the spicy potato soft tacos and cheesy roll up. They were warm and good like always.Edit: dining room not open on 4/8. Service on drive thru was busy but fast.

If I could, I would put -2 stars. I stopped by drive thru, hoping for a quick meal after a long working day. When pulled up to a window, I paid, and young man asked me to pull up to a parking lot and wait for my fries. I was in the hurry and said, hey just take it off from my order. He said let me get a manager. A blond girl with fancy eyelashes shows up and disrespectfully telling me that is I want my order or refund and anything I need to come inside, I can’t just say at the window, just want to mention, I couldn’t say anything back because the window was shut off right after. On my order I also ordered a taco, and I politely asked if that’s ready for me. They said no it’s not ready. When I asked to cancel the whole order to be canceled, they said, WE DONT KNOW HOW TO CANCEL IT, YOU ALREADY PAID FOR IT. I just left and didn’t want to ruin my day by arguing with them, NEVER GOT MY FOOD.I don’t know why this is going on, I love Taco Bell on some days and always get a bad experience. This is not my first time coming to this location. If you can avoid it, do it.I feel bad for young workers who work there and can’t learn how to do a good customer service. And I’m assuming managers just don’t care, the get paid and they are happy with their pay.

My disabled mom wanted to treat us to Taco Bell. So she placed an order for us it was just 9 items at 12:03 am on Tuesday April 5th. I put that so hopefully this will be read by someobe there who can do something about it. But I doubt it. But she placed an order through postmates because she can't drive and they went through uber eats. And Taco Bell charged for a coffee we didn't get and we ordered a beef crunch supreme with extra beef and all they gave us were 2 taco shells inside each other with nothing in them. So we called and told them our order number and asked to refunded the money for those two items back into the card that we used to order them with. and they refused then said to come back in the morning when the manager was there. So we asked who we were speaking to and they refused to answer. And it was all on speaker and we heard someone in the background at Taco Bell say just hang up so they did. They have Zero reguard for customer satisfaction. It doesn't matter what time it is if the business is open the last order of the day should be as good as the first order of the day. Especially because it came out to around 60 dollars. It's supposed to be customer over profit. but these guys gave it backwards. The business is open late but the employees are out of it earlier then that.Ok I called back the next day which is now at 8:29am I told the woman about what happened and she said that her manager Blake comes in at noon. And I should talk to him. Then she hung up so I called again and explained that the Supreme taco with extra beef didn't have anything in it and my mom was charged for a coffee she didn't get. Then the taco bell woman who also wouldn't give me her name blamed uber for the missing coffe and the missing ingredients in the taco.

I'm giving this location 4 stars purely based off of service. The staff is always so incredibly helpful, understanding and accommodating. The food is mediocre but honestly, worth going to purely based on staff. Not to mention the line can be super long but the wait never reflects on the length of your wait. Staff is efficient on time*Side note: I've only ever been during the late evening and cannot attest for the daytime staff+service ... Delivery service available thru doordash, otherwise curbside pickup is available thru taco bell app

Food tasted decent, but they gave me only one of the two quesadillas I have ordered and three of the four tacos fell apart before I got home. :

I ordered with the Mobil app for pick up today. When I got into the store to pick up my order I was ignored then when I was finally helped the girl gave me attitude. For got to give me my drinks and when I asked about them she rolled her eyes at me and asked what I got and when I was trying to tell her she rolled her eyes again and walked away and started ignoring me again. I asked for the manager and he came over I believe his name was Brent and he explained the drinks I order was out of that flavor which was fine I'm not picky but I don't need attitude when I'm just trying to get my food I'm paying for. The manger was great and understanding but the girl with the attitude needs to be fired or put on bathroom duty.

I am half and half on here .. love taco bell and this one is closest to me so we go cause of convenience but 9/10 there is always something missing in order or not made right .. and most of the time it looks like our food went on a roller coaster ride .. just thrown together all sloppy
