It's a subway, the quality is what you'd expect.However - do not order online if you are hoping to get what you paid for.I visited on 4/5/22 after placing an online order for a Turkey sub. I came in, grabbed my sandwich, and went.However, when I got back to my office I realized that I had received the wrong sandwich. Instead of turkey, I got tuna. Unless your a subway tuna truther, I would expect any person to be very surprised and disappointed by this discovery. I checked my receipt and saw that I did in fact order a turkey, the mistake was not mine.I went to the subway website and sent in a customer service request about the situation asking for a refund.I received an email the next day from the franchise owner, Russell. He did not honor my refund request but offered to send me a coupon for a free six in sandwich - but a coupon i can ONLY use at this location. Fine, whatever. I replied back with my address the same day.After a week, no response and no coupon. I emailed again.Again, no response. I resubmit my claim on the subway website.Another week, no reply to my claim or the email. I email again.Finally, after not hearing back for weeks I decide to email one more time.No response since.I understand that its only $7 that I am down, but why say you are going to send me a coupon when you aren't? Why ignore my emails over something so simple?It's frustrating and, honestly, a little insulting. At this point I'd rather just have my actual money back so I don't need to bother going to this location again.

Lisa did amazing handling the Monday lunch rush. She was on her own and did it all. Subway managers should get another person to help during lunch. But besides the point she was very friendly and prompt! Would come back just because of her

Very nice and friendly service, super clean and organized, and service was fast. Sandwich made exactly the way I like it. Will definitely eat here again :)

Good sandwich place

First time customer at this store… Lisa was incredibly pleasant and went above and beyond in the sandwich making, conversation and making me feel like a valued customer. Sandwich was great as well!

There's a sign that says big changes. But this is my second time I came here wanting q toasted sandwich but it doesn't taste toasted whatsoever. Im not coming here anymore. I cant believe this happened again! Its not even warm. I like my sandwich toasted. T

They don't take the nationally distributed coupons. Push chips and drinks over their subs.

They have an assortment of breads to choose from, TONS of veggie choices for sandwiches, cheeses, meats, and styles of sandwiches (meatball, Italian, tuna, chicken, beef, turkey, etc.), you can have your sandwich toasted, there's lots of dressings (or just oil and vinegar), and they have cookies and drinks, too.

I went to this location today,and the guy looked at me weird and I said hello and he never replied and kept looking at me like I wasn’t welcome at all!He didn’t seem like he cared about his job,he didn’t ask me what I was ordering and kept having that weird look on his face,was awkward!He grabbed some dirty napkins and used them to close my bag for my sandwich.I won’t be back here for sure
