Went around 6 pm, no one was in the store besides one employee (Alex) that I could see and she was mopping. She came around and asked how many sandwiches we said 3 she asked "what breads?"I told her my bread, and my cheese she said "any meat?" I told her the meat she said "what toppings". She was very rude and very short with myself and my friend. She does not have customer service skills and if she does she didn't use them as someone who has worked in customer service they are the face of your company! Also no coupons?!

I will never go to this subway again. Walked in and instantly Alex was annoyed. She was already mopping at 6pm so we made sure to walk around what was wet. I was there with my friend who was paying separately but she was annoyed that we weren't ordering together. As she was taking my friends order she was very short and loud. "BREAD" "MEAT" "VEGGIES" with a very very rude tone. I of course got the same treatment. If you want to feel hated and unwelcomed make sure you stop by Everett Mall Way Subway.

4 stars because even though the employee was a new hire, she handled the situation as best as she could when she was left on a shift by herself without ice and 3/4 of the veggies out of stock.With that being acknowledged, she folded my wrap like a Pita. It was clear she didn't know how to do it right. But she gave it her best, and I really appreciated that.But yawll gotta do better on staffing. She def needed better support.Wrap was good, too.

No coupons. Slow and delicate making the sandwich, but the ingredients were put in weird places that fell out & both ends had no condiments. Finally, whoever baked the italian herb and cheese bread used wheat bread. How do you do that

They dont except coupons and they hang up they phone on you!

This location owned by Mathew Hollek is now refusing to sell ingredients as simple as a separate loaf of bread to a customer, even for the full price of a sandwich. Have been coming to this location for a while now for that specific thing.This service was denied to me when I asked for a full sandwich but requested that the veggies dont go on the bread rather in a bowl. Simple request. I was met with “we dont do that here in a stern rude voice” every time I tried to explain the easiest of requests. Dont like the service here now at all and am very unhappy with my service today.

The only lady working there wasn't exactly real rude but she was talking to me at least only cuz she had to cuz everything I replied she didn't smile laugh or answer to it just jumped to the next scripted sentence they probably have to say for costumer service, but pretty good sandwiches just way over priced in my opinion

It was hard to talk thru my mask and I had trouble understanding her so..we kept having to repeat, other than that great sandwiches!

Staci and Alex are super kind and make great sandwiches!

They don’t accept coupons. The person making our sandwich were seemingly not happy or not having the best day!Some of the toppings were in the fridge, they did not look happy when I asked for them!Not coming back again!
