Like all businesses, some employees are better than others but this location has a high amount of employees that make perfectly executed sandwiches according to subway training. Truly living up to their title of sandwich artists. Even the employees that aren’t quite to that perfect level make excellent sandwiches and listen well to what the customer is saying. Overall this location seems to do an excellent job of hiring and training employees and their sandwich quality reflects this.
Usually this location has been good, but my last experience here was a disaster. To begin with, the lobby music was turned up WAY to loud, so you almost had to shout to be heard over the music. Only one person was on duty, at 12:45pm, which seems like lunch hour, when more staff should be working. Several people were in line, but one woman was ordering multiple sandwiches and being very picky, which basically brought the whole place to a standstill. Several customers walked out, and we tried to be patient, but after over 10 minutes getting nowhere in line, we had to give up as well. I realize this isn't entirely the employee's or management's fault, but it was pretty sad. Fortunately there are other locations in Everett just minutes away, so we were able to go elsewhere for a much better experience. Hopefully the management of this location will see this and can do better.
They make a solid sandwich, are very careful, and they listen to you!
I eat here regularly. The staff early open is always pleasant and happy. The owner was there once bringing bread from another store and was really humble and stopped to talk. Always love supporting local and the sandwiches are decent too.
Was hungry and they had air conditioning. FYI I was there the day we broke 125 year records for the high temperature. I got a ham sandwich. It was good and the pop was free refills. There was a line but people observed social distancing and masks were required.
The guy working was extremely slow and we ended up leaving cuz it was taking too long. Need more people working during evening time.
Best Subway I think I have been in? Probably yeah. Well oiled machine when it comes to making the sammies! They def make them well, ha, who knew such a difference between subways could exist!
Received great service by a very patient young man who clearly had his hands full with a very particular elderly customer with several (4) sandwiches and each he wanted cut and wrapped a certain way all with a growing line. The gentleman thanked him for being so kind and patient with him.Yes, it was a very long wait for the remaining customers to order, but it was fine as he was the only person there and very polite.
