We were told they did not do kid sizes anymore, but the other subways we go to still do. This makes me think they just don't want to, which seems lazy to me. The staff working were not that friendly and seemed too into the conversation amongst themselves to listen to my order, which made me repeat my order more then a few times. I will not be going back to this one
I ordered food from the app which is connected through DoorDash. Typically the DoorDasher leaves the food at the door and let’s us know through the thing that it’s been delivered but this time the dasher didn’t, she called us on a number that we don’t have anymore so we had no idea… then we called the store several times and we got no response what so ever which is frustrating I was hungry I work overnights and I just wanted to have some food and go to bed so me and my bf go to the store and which there was only one customer in the store and through out this whole time only had one other one and that’s it so I don’t understand why they couldn’t pick up the phone but anyways we talked to the worker trying to be nice about the situation but he kept interrupting wasn’t listening to what I had to say and assumed that I was saying something that wasn’t even close to what I was asking, just overall rude for no reason he said they have my food but they returned the money which was wasn’t even in my account still nor did the app say it was returned and he told us to just contact DoorDash support so we did the lady gave us options and the best option for us that we got was to have her talk to them and have them make out food again and give it to us so we get the food we paid for then when we did the guy refused to make us food THAT WE PAID FOR so in the end didn’t get food and I won’t get my money back til with in 2-3 business days. I’ve worked in the food industry for a long time and we always cared for the customers concerns and help them the best way possible but the proper customer service it’s being respectful and how you gain more customers as well and just building a good community in your restaurant, I also know how it is dealing with rude customers so I go out of my way to be as nice as possible for any worker out there. This wasn’t deserved.
Subway refuses to leave Russia. I cannot support a company that provides funding for Russia's brutal war against Ukraine.
The sandwich was reallly fresh. Next time I go, I'm gonna try the fresh cookies. Come see for yourself.
The short curly hair kid is obviously related to the owner, his attitude was horrible. I asked for the bacon to be microwaved because I don't like cold precooked bacon.... he wouldn't do it. He was in the back leaning on a table when I came into this location, his mask was down and he was looking at his phone. He walked out, out his mask up and the grabbed gloves, no hand washing or sanitizer at all. Plus this location is dirty! Go to the subway on 37th and Broadway... they are amazing and very clean!!
In this particular store, the people who work there were rude and told me that I couldn't have what I wanted in my wrap. No need to say that I won't be going back to them. Jersey Mike's from now on. Their wraps are better anyway.
Way to much sauce, the guy who made my sandwich put way too much and when I mentioned it he says... oh I like alot ot sauce on my sandwich. Don't mean I want hella sauce on my food. Just ruined it for me.
Overcharged $4.00 for a sandwich and a drink that i always order and pay for at other Subway locations. This has got to be the most expensive sandwich i ever bought. I was hungry and left without the receipt so i decided that was on me but even still. Dont come here they are robbing people here!
If there were zero stars, that is what the Subway on Hewitt would receive. We found black hairs in our food, they shorted us on the cookies we bought and did not put the extra meat I paid for on my sandwich. We called to let them know and the owner was sooooo rude and said there was nothing we could do about it, because his staff didn't give us a receipt and hung up on us! WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!
Hair in our food and when I called he was super rude. Said I could call corporate and hung up on me. They throw their receipts away so make sure you get one because then your liar. Ridiculous!
