Probably the strangest restaurant I’ve ever Eaten in. Not only did I wait a long amount of time for my food but I was given the wrong check after being told by the waitress it was gonna be free. I feel they told us after a 30 min wait time that it was gonna be free so we wouldn’t get upset but nothing was communicated probably as we ended up paying anyways cause the food was good so it wasn’t a problem . The first time a waitress ever took our order twice because something happened to our first order. It felt very unwelcoming seeing how many customers would come in and be told they can’t sit because they need a break. I understand there short handed but I mostly put the blame on management for not making proper adjustments for their employees to handle an influx of customers. I wanted to like this place but first impressions count and I won’t be recommending this place. I’m not angry just disappointed in the restaurant
Only three stars because we're disappointed in the service we received today. We've been regulars here now for a few months, coming in about once a week for breakfast. We're pretty good customers and always tip well.My eggs were cold, and the server offered to remake them. She made it a point to tell me that "they don't sit in the window"... but, my eggs were cold... took a while for the food to get to our table... so...just trying to figure out what's up... Not here for the argument, just wanna eat!So that's why I'm writing this review. My eggs were cold and was told that they weren't supposed to be, but they were. And the eggs "don't sit in the window". OKIt just seemed rather "meh" today, and usually it's like "awesome!". So, we're gonna keep looking for our "breakfast hang".
Stumbled into this fun, quaint little cafe in Everette after going to the Funko HQ.We each had a sandwich and they were good. Onion rings were tasty but very greasy. Fries were good but not crisp. Chili was amazing!Service was OK. One lady came across as grumpy but there were only two servers working and they were super busy.If you haven't been, you should give it a try!
Alright, so starting off, i just wanna say, the waitress, Gabby, was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT to my life. She made me AND my kids day. First thing that happened was I had walked in on a busy Sunday with 2 screaming kids, & Gabby gave us the most genuine and kind smile, told us to follow her, as she seated us, she saw that my kiddos were being little demons at the moment, and she could tell i was very distressed, so she went and grabbed a multitude of toys for my kids, asked if we would like anything to drink, and asked if there was anything else she could do to help, my kids adored her and kept asking me when she would be back lol, and that already right there made me adore her and this place, because my kids are usually very shy and timid towards people they don't know, Gabby really just seemed like such a genuinely kind & loving human being, and thats a really hard thing to still be, after being treated like garbage all day by entitled customers who have never worked customer service in their lives, or people who can't see that the place is swarming with people who are being demanding & just place rude. I saw a couple different customers who were being just plain rude to Gabby but she kept a smile on her face and just kept having to run around getting everyone what they wanted. There was a younger waitress who didn't seem to like her job very much, she just was very monotone & didn't seem to be doing very much :/ also noticed Gabby getting yelled at by the cooks and I could tell it made her sad but she kept a very respectful and kind attitude the entire time. I will DEFINITELY be coming back here and while the food is good, Gabby was just amazing. Strawberry patch, keep up the amazing work :)
really unfortunate experience, I loved this place and had been many times. But after today I will NEVER return. The cook YELLED at two different customers about wearing a mask when getting up from the table, one lady was looking for her mask and the cook kept yelling at her "I didn't give a Shi*t! put a FU*KING mask on! " Not to mention we had two kids at the table and right next to the cook yelling and cursing in front of them. It was extremely unprofessional and shocking to witness. I'm NEVER returning.
The breakfast here is terrible, pancake w cinna apples was bland and dry? my husband ordered the chix friedsteak and it was just as bland the hashbrows were bland as well and raw? coffee was super weak overal we wont come back here... pity!!! My husband will be in town for 3/4 months.. im annoyed im leaving this place hungry?

I love Strawberry Patch! The food is so amazing, they have everything from savory to sweet that the whole family will love. The vibes are great, the music and the atmosphere alone make the place unique and I can guarantee you’ll want to come back. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, I love seeing the owner there cooking and laughing with the customers. Seriously, come check out Strawberry Patch and buy a sticker on your way out, you won’t regret it!
