I just went through the drive through. They had my order right on the order board but when I got up to pay our drinks they were wrong. I said they were White Chocolate ice mocha's and they made regular ice mocha's. I never order regular chocolate mochas because they make me feel ill. The barista (not the window girl) rolled her eyes. I told them they had it right on the order board. I don't know went wrong and I know I didn't order wrong as I looked at the order board and it was right but to get a eye roll? Ugggggggggg
Excellent service through and through! It's been a while that I've been to any Starbucks site. So it surely was a joy to come here. After having a terrible night shift.
Starbucks is usually always good. This one usually makes it how I like and is consistent which isn't always case
Nick was completely rude and had a attitude while taking my order on 02/01/22. I was very shocked as most Starbucks the employees were super nice. My cup wasn't filled all the way either and this has not been the first time either. You can see the other reviews and it's the same experience.
Service at this location is always poor compared to other Starbucks I frequent.
This is how much I got for a latte. Two thirds of a cup. Ordered whipped cream. No whipped cream.
All I can say is Warren brightens my day! He is always fun friendly and full of energy! You need to clone him!
I went to this Starbucks 15 minutes before they closed an nobody answered they locked the doors and wouldn’t answer in the drive thru I think they really need some training in closing procedures cause that’s unacceptable for this place to be doing this. An this business location closes at 8pm.

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. To make matters worse, their indoor dining area had huge swarms of flies flying around the chilled food which the entire staff was ignoring (disgusting)
