4/5 stars because they regularly run out of almond milk by 9am on a weekday. I stopped comming here frequently because of this and go to the one by Casino Rd. instead of being disappointed at the chance they once again didn't either get a supply of almond milk or didn't order enough. Also the line can be huge during the weekend peak morning hours almost extending onto the Evergreen Way. Exiting can be a challenge also as it competes with the entering vehicles. The staff is regularly very friendly.
It's a Starbucks. Better than average customer service at this location.

Good overall experience but there was an issue getting us our one breakfast sandwich timely. Took 22 minutes.

Ordered a coffee, received it in a timely fashion even with vehicles in the drive through.
The food and drinks are pretty good here, I tend to order via the app because when I do in the drive thru at the time it is often wrong and I don't notice until I am already on the road.

Love the teas. Wish they have more vegan items.
