Usually good with a quick cup before catching the bus home after work but not today. You say the lobby is closed and therefore you are closed to anyone but drive-thru. Yet, your door is open and the way you are giving service to those in drive-thru (in a takeaway cup) is exactly the same as if inside the store. It doesn't make sense to deny a sale to a customer in the lobby who is going to take a drink away when they are on a bike and can't go through the drive-thru. Three people working, only two cars in the drive-thru and you can't fill up a thermos of Pike Place? That didn't make sense.
It's okay. Most baristas were friendly. I asked to wash my hands before I ate and the girl came around to open the door for me. I was waiting behind her and she turned around and looked at me and I noticed her hand was cupped and covering the keypad. It was really awkward. I jokingly asked her about it later and she got really agitated and started acting rude to everyone around her. She even threw/tossed a phone at a coworker and then stormed away. Made me feel uncomfortable. If I needed a good drink I'd visit again but use the drive thru.
Nice staff answered all my questions thank you for being polite it's nice to visit a business that is friendly

Happy to have taken Everett Transit to drop into this Starbucks franchise, but cringing at the request not to take pictures of my coffee being prepared. Hence four stars instead of five. Very clean establishment though and good coffee.
The barista was very sweet but our bacon gouda sandwiches were cold refrigerator temperature with lightly toasted bread and they're pretty pricey. I didn't have any time to go inside and ask them to reheat it.

Be aware of hours, but when it's open, this is my favorite Starbucks. Friendly, fast, and my order is always right. The worst part is trying to turn left to leave the drive through (hot tip: don't turn left).
Somehow still manages to mess up my order every day in a different way. I go in to talk to them about it and they are just blatantly rude. Go to any other Starbucks location around here you'll be much better off.
Not sure what is going n with this place! No drive thru after 3 pm but you can walk in? Seriously Starbucks, this is downtown Everett and drive thru is so much easier than trying tonpark and walk in. Do you even know your customer? Most people do not want to be hassled by the vagrants. We want to grab a coffee and continue on out drive.
