It's Starbucks and I LOVE starbucks
Starbucks is always good for a good latte.
Decided to get a drink on my way out of Safeway this morning & the young man working (I believe his name was Christian) greeted me the second I walked up & he answered every question I had regarding the drinks & sizes . I usually buy drinks premade in the grocery store so I had no idea what to order. Anyway Christian was helpful & very nice young man, he made me a tasty frappe & said have a good day or nice day something to that effect. Had a pleasant morning thanks to him, you guys better hang on to this young man he's on the ball. I'd hire him in a heartbeat.

My families fav Starbucks. The only one where I can get my favorite bacon sandwiches and lemon cake.
I was disappointed with my experience today. I usually get great service here, but today wasn’t so good. It seemed to be the lady that was working there by herself this morning last day there & she seemed really down. Not sure if it was bc it was her last day there? Or bc she was working by herself & according to her, it sounded like they don’t have enough coverage. I understand her frustration, but doesn’t make it right to not provide excellent customer service. I asked for a EXTRA shot of expresso & NO whip cream & got the total opposite for both!! Definitely not worth $6 & a $5 TIP! ???♀️

The teams are always great and have a smile .. makes the long line worth it.
I seriously try to like Starbucks but it’s just not possible with this place. Try to find something worth $6 for a coffee. Never hot enough and always taste watery.
