Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I get a very simple drink and I had to repeat it 4 times. I was in line for close to 20 minutes and when I got to the window the girl didn’t even know what my order was still. How hard is it to make a cold brew. Literally just go to the gas station down the street they will probably have better customer service
Went there today and the barista helping me was not only rude but not even paying attention to what I was asking her. The location is convenient but they definitely need a better staff (especially a staff who actually knows how to make the drinks) Specially staff not friendly I will not recommended this place. Store manager so bad talking with the customer service Absolutely I've will not back either not good place
I had gotten a drink there recently and I must say that it was the best drink I’ve ever had from Starbucks. To the person who made my drink, keep up the great work, you did absolutely amazing
The people here are nice enough but don’t bother mobile ordering because the lobby is usually closed and you end up waiting in the 15+ minute DT line either way ?♀️
i was only in there for about ten minutes max, first time to this starbucks. most comfortable ive felt in one ever, i hardly interacted with the staff but they still managed to exude such a welcoming and homely energy, like a friend you could sit in silence with. someone was wearing a pride shirt and i could have shed a tear from joy and warmth. maybe i just havent been to enough inclusive places but this starbucks and the people inside really made my whole day.
Out of all the Starbucks I've been to, this one closes its lobby the most. The most recent reason was for "store updates." I'm not sure what that means, but I was willing to pay my hard-earned money for coffee that day.When I was finally able to make it in the following weekend, the worker at the cashier's machine taking orders was coughing - without a mask - while everyone else was masked. Seems like the person who might be sick and taking orders should be masked too, no? Perhaps just as a courtesy to your customers? I won't be back.
Very courteous staff, they were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The entire place was surprisingly clean even the bathrooms were spotless!!Good job to the management for hiring and retaining such awesome staff!!
These guys make great coffee an have such an amazing staff!! Super friendly an awesome at rembering names and orders!! Makes a great environment with such super customer service ?
What’s the point of having mobile order when they are always closed?! This store is ridiculous they are constantly fully closed, lobby closed, or something else is going on. They allow mobile ordering when they are closed which then creates huge drive thru lines which people literally just leave because the point of mobile order is you get in and out. This has happened multiple times.
All of the plugs are blocked so don't think about plugging in anywhere in the joint and if you have to use the restroom, they will have to escort you to the door and punch in the code for you which tells me the area is a little sketchy.
