I ordered online and drove to get my food and they were closed but they still took my money and have never refunded me !
Oh my word! This sub shop never disappoints... except for when they are out of sprouts for the Cali Club. Is it that y'all have run out sprouts or just not getting any more these days because of their potential to breed bacteria? Either way, I miss them and the Cali Club is just not the same without them. But the sandwich is still the bomb...probably because of your garlic mayo- AWESOME!

Love this place!we always order for our office.However Today my sandwich was not right.I selected French and received SourDough. Did not know they had alfalfa since website says out of stock. I did not indicate No sprouts….I had to remove them … will order again but it will be awhile.
Best sandwiches in Everett. The next time you're thinking about Subway or Quiznos or even Jersey Mike's, do yourself a favor and go to Red Rock.
My husband and I really enjoyed our sandwiches! My daughter said she was in food heaven while eating hers! Can't wait to go back and try more.
Honestly I just don't see what everyone else does in this place. Tried the pot roast, tried the turkey with garlic mayo... Just seemed overpriced and surprisingly flavorless. Bread in particular just didn't seem to hold up. Disgustingly soft for a hot wet sandwich.
A review in three parts:The service is as good as they are willing to give. Treat online orders like a pharmacy, yeah they said it would be ready in 30 minutes but really they don’t start working on it until you get there.You will get horrendously sick 1/3 times you eat these sandwiches. It is brutal, and distasteful. It will nearly ruin you for bread+filling meal options ever again……but they are so amazing that nothing else matters. Seriously the best sandwiches. Ever. It is worth every inconvenience to experience. Have never had a better one. The prices are reasonable and they have SPROUTS (*Advertized, sometimes, usually, they do their best.) I would give them five stars but the raging, regular stomach sickness and lackluster service DO warrant mentioning.
It's one of the best sub shops around. I highly recommend the kettle turkey. There are no processed meats here; everything is fresh.I wish they were still open on Sundays however.
Great sandwiches very generous in size. We order them frequently, we all have favorites and rarely order something different. I recommend the mushroom Swiss pot roast, but be sure to order a side of aus jus.
