Even with a reduced dining capacity (I'm assuming due to a shortage of waitstaff) the kitchen was really far behind which seemed to be due to trying to keep up with pickup/to-go orders as well as people waiting in the restaurant.Waited 40 minutes for a table for two on a Sunday evening which was fine but it was another 40 minutes to get one dish and then an additional 25 minutes to get the 2nd dish.I have lots of sympathy for being behind/busy and I'm not typically one to complain. Staff was nice enough about the situation and I get that times are tough but not saying anything doesn't do anyone any good either

The restaurant itself was clean and very tidy, and the food was still pretty good - on par with other Red Robins - but the service wasn't the best. I sense there was a shortage on servers, and I do have sympathy for that, but our server did the bare minimum and didn't check on us once unless we stopped him. This was also on a late Monday afternoon and wasn't very busy to begin with. They also "ran out of long spoons" for milkshakes and gave me a fork instead. Just seemed to add to the feel like they were disorganized in many areas.

They were really busy with to go orders and it caused a delay for our food but the waiter was really attentive and gave us frequent updates. We did ask for our burgers to be well done and mine came out almost rare. But the sides were amazing as always.

Fries were cold... But the wait staff was really helpful. I've been to better Red Robins.. if that helps at all. This one just wasn't the best. I got the BLT sandwich on a croissant and it was actually pretty good. But the onion ring appetizer was not very good and like I said before the fries were cold. Also they didn't ever offer for a refill of my fries.. I thought they were bottomless? But I do have to say I went with friends and we brought our babies and it was a good environment for our kids. It was a good environment to catch up with the ladies as well. So good environment, good staff, okay food... Over all okay ☺️

Better than it's been in years, but still pretty meh. The best part about the place is the wait staff, and they're a lot nicer and efficient in the bar than the front of the house.Cooks are getting better, but the burgers are exceptionally mediocre compared to what they used to be ten+ years ago here. Fries are still great, onion rings are pretty decent, but heavily undercooked. Breading was good, onions were just too chewy. Thanks for the good experience though, just wasn't great, and probably won't be coming back immediately like I would be if this was a five star place. Really too bad considering there's a Bob's right across the parking lot.

I have ordered delivery several times from this location. Each time I order a shareable lemonade, at $14.29 each, and I have yet to ever receive one, at least 5 times. My side salad that I wanted instead of fries never made it into the bag but I got unwanted tartar sauce? Absolute mess.

We place the order by phone at 5 pmThe robot phone ? said order should be ready by 6:15.I arrived at 6:16 paid in cash.Hostess did not have me my coins (23 cents) because they have no change. No hand sanitizer. No receipt because she was not able to print it. My shakes were not ready, she said 5 minutes, we left at 6:34 pm. ( my food was sitting ready at 5:57 pm )When getting home I had no napkins, food is cold, no ketchup or any kind of dressing for our fries.Terrible service. I will not order here anymore.

Super fast service! Will come again, and my order was fantastic

I placed an order through Active Menus and it turned out to be better than ordering through GrubHub. The salad itself was perfect. I just wish they sent more dressing. I ordered extra but they sent two containers both were only half full

I’ve been to this Red Robin a few times. It’s about what you’d expect for a sit down restaurant in Everett. However I do not recommend ever getting a delivery order from them. The food arrived lukewarm at best. I ordered the whiskey bbq burger… and the burger had no bbq sauce to be seen. Ordered some campfire sauce for my onion rings. The cup it comes in is so small. I ordered extra onion straws on the bbq burger as well as I love the crunch they usually provide. These however were tough and at the same time tasted undercooked/soggy. I took a bite and pulled out the entire straw with the bite as biting through it took extra effort that it shouldn’t have. I included a picture of the stringy mess I pulled off my burger.I’ve never been so disappointed by a Red Robin order.
