Order chicken Pho to go with extra chicken and bean sprouts and once again I get home and no extra anytime! Called and of course could jot speak English and was told everything ok. I will no longer go there! ?
From the reviews and the pictures looks absolutely amazing, unfortunately do to the extreme lack of customer service was never able to try their pho. I called in an order, was quoted al 25min wait time, showed up in 25 min and ended up waiting at their bar for 45 min. Once I brought my wait to the attention of the man working in the back that pretty much stayed in the back, was reassured my order was on the way.... Proceeded to wait 20 more minutes and still nothing.... I am now leaving with close to an hour and a half waiting.... Mind you I called in my to go order..... Wish I could have tried but never did.... Good luck to all else who try.

Noodles were hard. Prices went up The packaging was terrible. The bottom on container cracked and all juice bottom of bag. New ownership previously in the past it was my #2 place for Pho. Over Years never had an issue.
this place is sooooo good, my boyfriend and i come here all the time and while i always get the vegetarian pho, which is amazing. he always gets different stuff and with a menu so diverse he is never left disappointed, its all super good
