I just ordered custom pizzas online. They were custom due to a food allergy. I picked up my pizzas, but noticed in the car they made them wrong. When I went back in, there were 3 people in line and they kindly allowed me to go to the front. The worker tried to tell me it wasn't her fault and she wouldn't remake them. I had to pull up my receipt from the online order and show her were it outlined the custom needs. She then proceeded to make all the people in the store's orders and an online order before mine and gave me several dirty looks while I sat and waited. When I asked about it the worker just told me they were busy and gave me another dirty look. It took 26 minutes to correct thier mistake. I've never been treated this poorly at this store. I've been ordering there, same custom order a few times a month for years. Deeply unimpressed.

Ordered a large extra cheese, plus 5 cheese bread with marinara dipping cup. Had to stop suddenly to avoid getting my totaled which sent everything flying!! I thought it was all completely ruined but when I looked down to see the destruction, I discovered my pizza, bread and sauce was completely unharmed:D no mess in my car or anything!! I would highly recommend papa Murphy's because their pizza stays together no matter what:D
They have great pizzas. The cowboy is exceptionally good.
Used to love this store when it first opened, but over the past few years it has gone steadily downhill. The last time in was the last straw for me. Called the order in, picked up three pizzas, all in a stack. At home putting them in the oven, thought one looked out of place, but my wife ordered one of the various veggie pizzas and I’m not that familiar with all those. After cooking, found out they had given us a different pizza than I ordered. Can’t return a pizza, right? So into the garbage it went and I called the store. They knew they got it wrong but only offered me $5 off my next order. That’s not right, so I asked to speak with the manager. Guy said he’d take my name and number and I would be contacted. That was weeks ago. No calls. Apparently the owner of this franchise doesn’t care. The employees don’t care or aren’t empowered to offer meaningful customer service. I will not be back. Another one bites the dust!!

Always great food, but I'm commenting for the great service today. The team working Sunday March 28, 2021, around 5 pm was exceptional.I scheduled an online order and showed up slightly early for pick up. They were clearly busy, as I watched a bunch of people enter and exit while I waited for my scheduled time. The team was friendly and efficient and didn't miss a beat despite an obviously higher volume of orders.
Sad, 1 order in front of me, watched through the window and saw a lady and man with NO urgency. Talking and not customer forward. Seriously in the environment we are in, be appreciative of people coming to your business, learn to multi-task. Very dissatisfied with the time it took for two pizza's to be made.
Always good pizza!!! I love the Chicago pizza!!! The employees are always friendly.
