We had an unfortunate experience with the dough sticking to the pan, making it difficult to cleanly get the slices off of the pan. I notified the store and the manager, Jasmine, gave us a free remake of the entire order. This Papa Murphy's franchise location has consistently provided above-par pizza and the one time the experience was disappointing, they quickly and thoroughly rectified the situation and really made me feel like a valued customer. They are awesome at this location and @PapaMurphey's should give them all raises :)

Really like there product and with friendly service and also the variety.
We brought a pizza on Sunday. After cooking it we noticed the crust had a big bubble in it. I contacted the manager Jasmine and she gave us another pizza. Jasmine is an amazing manager and the rest of the crew are wonderful!!!
The only way to order pizza I add a little Parmesan cheese for taste. My favorite is the all meat with extra cheese. PLUG MY ARTERIES. ?

I forgot to get his name, but the kid that helped me Sunday eve on the 23rd at the register was great. Good customer service, pleasant attitude but not over the top. I was getting food for my mom since she couldn't walk inside due to injury, and had never used her special kind of card to pay there before. The young gentleman at the register was patient and assisted with the credit machine without making me feel stupid. Thank you.Good pizza too, didn't make my tummy funny like some other Papa Murphy's stores.
When i came to this place for my order, they r so nice to me with others, but when i came here for deliveries pick up they r rudest people in the world, bcoz they never saw their deliveries app, it always on silent, but this was not happening at other location near qfc, food is always ready for pick up and they treat good too drivers.
Everytime i come in there its the same employee and she has never been nice once .
