Absolutely terrible!I’ve tried to order from this place 4 times now and they have ruined my evening every time.BEWARE!!! - Orders are frequently lost.I’ve spent hours working with customer service only to be told, “sorry”.Also, when I called in to reorder from them after they lost my previous order and ruined my evening with company and plans, they would not let me reorder unless I paid 2 times what I had already paid them for the food. Needless to say, I declined their ridiculous offer.Every time I’ve tried to get food from them, I’ve had to call them up to find out where my order is, and they just sound dumbfounded and lost. I end up with no dinner 2-3 hours later after most restaurants have closed.I’m done. This place is very poorly managed.0 star rating
Great service if you're patient. Be a good customer, be kind there are humans behind that counter. I've been going here for food for years and I've seen plenty of people who aren't willing to wait for good food. I have a specific weakness to their BBQ chicken poppers with ranch dip, so I'm always happy to wait.In the time I've been going here all the staff is typically very attentive. With how busy they can get at the drop of a hat patience is needed for when they get overloaded but they're always eager to get the order right if you give them a chance.Best economical deal? Pick for 6, make sure to enjoy the cinnamon pull aparts!Best money back : order online or with the app, every 75 dollars gets you 10 papa bucks.
The pizza is absolutely delicious! The staff are All nice and polite. Top of line Customer service. I like how clean the restaurant was and how the lobby was set up with condiments for the customers. Chris was very helpful and made a perfect pie! Nick was there to make sure everything was on point with our order. Keep up the great work everyone, I’ll definitely be back.
I come in every now and then to get bacon cheesesticks and they’re always great. Always made on time, hot and fresh. Nick was helpful, asked me how my day was going, and helped confirm I was picking up the right order.
This papa John's was just an absolutely amazing experience. The manager was so helpful,funny,and friendly like seriously it was such a great experience for just a pizza place. The food was outstanding cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly.
It's papa johns, so that's what you're getting. I have consistently good experiences with this particular one. They make a great custom Philly cheese steak pizza.
It’s not just a quality control issue. It’s a food safety issue. Somehow this store didn’t notice that their oven didn’t work before sending out my pizza, “the first of the day”. It came undercooked and literally cold. Too soggy to even hold with your hands.There’s no way it reached proper serving temperature and obviously they don’t even glance at the food they’re touching and serving to customers. A refund isn’t exactly enough to make up for sending me actual garbage/poison.With a look anyone can tell there was something deeply wrong. With a touch you would definitely know. The employees here ignored every single sense that signaled not to serve their food and out of laziness or apathy decided to anyways. Eating at this location is just an invitation to get sick.
Overall not my best experience at Papa John's. I'll admit that getting take out pizza on Christmas night is problematic. But if your store is open you should have a good attitude. Which was not evident tonight. Additionally the woman working the phones and the cash register was Was either touching her mask or moving it down below her nose and mouth to speak. Really not something I want in these covid times.I ordered the New York style pizza which is supposed to be foldable, but had been cut in so many pieces that what I really got were small slivers of pizza. The crust had a cardboard texture. The salad was dried out iceberg lettuce with even more dried out carrots and cheese to mix in.

Would rather have frozen pizza. It was edible if you took off the weird, shriveled, grisly toppings. It was cold and half burnt. Never again!
