EDIT from 5 stars: I reorded the same sandwich and not only was the chicken burnt, there were no parmesean crisps, and some of the garlic aoili was still in there (which Im allergic to). No extra red onions either. They also did not pay attention to my partner's sandwich instructions as there was way too much spicy mustard on his turkey deli sandwich. Delivery times are still quick though when scheduled.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have a LOT of food allergies. Panera posts ingredients for everything on their website. It's been years since I had a "fast-food" burger, and their signature take chicken sandwich (minus the garlic aoli) was great. They understood the assignment with the extra emerald greens - not so much the onions though. Will definitely be trying other items from their menu.
So we went here after my procedure and I have been waiting to have Panera. However we waited and waited. Went to the kiosk to do our order(which was 53.21) , but no one came out . So after thirty minutes we left. I understand that working in restaurant with Covid and all the Karen’s and Kevin’s, but everybody don’t act this way . Got to do better
Not so happy with my orders. I always use UberEATS to order, and they always forget to put chips in it. I even called them, and they assured that they will not forget to put chips, and yet I did not get chips for the fourth times. R u guys out of chip??
The bagels were excellent. The flatbread wasn't seasoned well. The hot peach tea was good but the flavor could have been stronger.
We came in for lunch on Sunday 2/6/2022I gave a tip with my order so I believed there would be service.The cashier did not explain that we were to listen for our names to be calledThe cashier was so soft spoken that we could not hear her, she did a very poor job and should not be your front person.We waited for an hour and a half and finally went to ask the cook if our order was lost. He said they called our name twice and put the order back?There is no communication between the cook, the customer, and the front to explain the system there. This was a horrible experience and we will NEVER come back, we were told that this is a common problem? Why doesn't the manager post a board with you name on it if this system is not working. We never heard our name being called and if we were told to listen for our name and go pick up our order this would have helped. There were so many unhappy customers that I will be surprised if this business was open for long. The girl up front had zero customer service skills and was taking her break at the table next to ours and witnessed our problem and never said a word to help us???
Have been going lately with girlfriends, the bakery items are just wonderful, a lot of new servers and they're very great at greeting you. I find it difficult to use the key off for ordering that I can find many more items on the hard board David said above a catheter. I always have a good meal here
Wife, daughter and I ordered online, told 10 min, but was ready by the time we got there, about 8 min later.Wife and daughter had the sandwich soup combo and love it. I also loved mine, but being a bigger eater, I ordered a full sandwich and container of their yummy white mac n cheese.I feel you get a decent value for what you get. Food is fresh and tasty.
Don’t order food thru Google, you going to wait FOREVER. Before you place an order it says “will be ready in 10 minutes” but after you actually placed it, wait time is 40 minutes. I called the store to ask make it asap, because it never takes so long when you place it in restaurant. Employee answered “I see the order and no problem, we can make it fast. 30 minutes later I have arrived and no food is ready, nobody can even find my order. After another 5 minutes it popped up on the screen and food was ready in 8 minutes.And that happened with me second time in the row here. This place deserves higher rating and main problem is the ordering system that creates delay with no reason. Just want to bring attention to this issue so somebody will finally fix it.
It was very good, I had the autumn squash soup, delicious!I asked for sliced apple and got bread instead but still an enjoyable meal.
My absolute favorite place to eat healthy fast food! Love the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad and Cinnamon Rolls! My daughter cannot get enough of the Mac N Cheese.
