Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Panda Express... Just be prepared to wait foreverrrr and they have terrible communication with customers. IF I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered online and they made me sit off to the side for 23 minutes or so while they helped everyone else out in line. Completely forgot about me and 3 other people that were sitting beside me as well. The people sitting next to me had been sitting there even longer.. What a jokeeeee! You all get paid so much for a simple Job but can't even handle a dinner rush!! Step up your Game! Jesus!
It's been a long time since I had this place because the food is awful when it's not very fresh but this time there was no line so I decided to give it a shot. Spent forty bucks for the family pack had thebmushroom chicken orange chicken qnd the honey walnut shrimp qnd it was amazing. It was fresh and .my super picky teenagers loved it! Just be aware of the pedestrians in the area there's alot right in that area.
Food it's OK, Due to shortage of employees I think food quality has decreased it used to be great but now it's just ok
They were very busy when I got there, so was understandable why there was such a long wait. I wish there was maybe more people working there so it was a little but less of a wait but oh well. There were also a few sketchy people in the parking lot and inside trying to order. Would be a little cautious going to them at night.
I saw a 17 years old homeless guy, was frozen and needed some food to eat. I took him here to get him something , but unfortunately the manager Tai behave very rudely and said he is not going to serve this homeless person. It is really sad to see people like Tai who has no value for human.
Food was good and service was fast. It can be hit or miss but today it was fresh and hot. The Beijing beef was great.
The fried rice was good, Teriyaki chicken was great, the orange chicken was hard and didn't seem fresh. Asked for no garlic, got lots of garlic.
This location always has something sold out or they don’t have any cooked. Learn to prepare enough for the expected demand. I have worked fast food and it’s not hard to do. Also, when you see you are low in something, COOK MORE. It is very frustrating for us customers when what we want is unavailable
This particular one has been stingy with the orange chicken plus has gotten my order wrong twice now. Food is good though.
Out of all the Panda Expresses around the 1 on Hwy99 in front of Walmart is my favorite. Idk but for some reason this Pandas food taste way better then the rest I have tried?.
