Customer service was beyond amazing. I'm not huge fan of food ever but customer service blew this way past. I'd give them Stars if I could. Plus food is pretty good.
The food is good. The service was great. Lots of variety and popular selections. I had the Fettuccine and chicken. Very good. You can count on them being consistently delicious.Good family spot also.
Made the mistake of sitting at the bar and one of the bartenders just complained about everything the whole time. Definitely killed the vibe. Hostess was super nice and could hear waitresses being super nice too. Food was great.
Rude hostess and even worse Management. Was walked passed multiple clean tables and sat at a ditry table. They removed the dirty dishes but didn't clean the table. They were rude when I asked that they clean the table. Moved me to a different table then moved me back to the original table after the Manager "cleaned" it. Still has food etc in center of table after Manager cleaned it herself... Clearly she is the one who trains the staff on how to clean. If this how they clean the front of house I would hate to see the kitchen. Do not recommend this Olive Garden Location, terrible Management!
I wish I could do less than 1 star. My boyfriend and I were here last night and the waitress we had was so unbelievably rude. I've been a bartender and server for 7+years, I get how it goes when things are busy or your understaffed. But this was just the rudest most upsetting service I've ever had. I didn't even leave a tip and I always do. First off, it took forever to get refills, we waited and waited for our server to pay. That another server had to go get her, and bring our Togo boxes because she noticed us waiting. She had no idea where our server even went. Then when she finally came around she refused to take my 100 dollar bill and said "nope, the bar won't do it for change they already said I can't bring them anymore cash" then she said she can just take it but she couldn't give me change. That would have been over 44 dollars in change. She seemed so upset that I wasn't leaving my change and we paid with our card instead. She was absolutely so rude about it. What if that was my only way to pay? Then she started cleaning off our table and scrapping our plates so loudly and so rude right there while we were packing up our food. Never ever will we be back. I'll make sure to tell everyone about this
This was my first visit to this location in many, many years. It was nice to see the location did not look rundown in any way, even as long as it's been since opening. Additionally, the menu is trimmed down considerably, but this was not a surprise as it is quite common now due to Covid.The staff were kind, flexible, responsive and attractive to the table. All great signs toward a pleasant dinner out with family.
Was told there was a wait over the phone but then we walked in and was seated immediately. Service took forever along with our food. Food itself was mediocre at best, this is the McDonald's of chain Italian restaurants.
Amazing restaurant with quick service, delicious food and beautiful interior. Best part is that They have many vegetarian options. Food was totally delicious and worth the price.
We haven’t been out because of the apocalypse so this was a random treat since it was near the mall we were shopping at.Had a delicious lunch today and Roz was our waiter. Super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and was quick with drinks and soups. He made the experience enjoyable and hope to see him again next time. ?
Tonight (12/15/21) at 9:44pm I called in with hopes of a to-go order of Chicken & Gnocchi soup for my very pregnant wife. (Knowing Car side to go closes around 9:30) Ben answered the phone, heard my situation and without a beat accepted my simple order with the promise it would be fresh & ready to go immediately. Showed up at 9:56pm, called in and he answered immediately saying he was on his way out the door. I had my wife’s order seconds later, fresh & hot with breadsticks and a huge smile on my face knowing she would be absolutely thrilled and satisfied with her pregnancy craving. So.. Thank you very much to the Everett Olive Garden for being reliable in a time of need, and to Ben for providing phenomenal service with a smile and a very upbeat attitude. Much appreciated!!
