Such an amazing & yummy place to go get your cravings. The staff are always so welcoming & have such a great customer service. Never have I once’s had a bad experience here. I highly recommend this place you won’t regret it !

The mangonadas were great. If the customer service was better, I’d go back. You don’t realize how much customer service plays a part in an experience until you walk in there and no one is smiling in fact it seems as though you’re interrupting them when you come to pay for a $10 drink. Tone of voice and maybe even a half smile would be great. The first time I went in for a 24oz drink, I was charged $9.09 and given a 16oz instead. Once I said something the cashier apologized but her aunt said something under her voice in Spanish and all I heard was “la negra”. I don’t speak Spanish but nothing in this store was black but myself and I learned a lesson that evening. Call before you pick up your drink to avoid having to be in a place where the vibe is uncomfortable. That’s only if you really want this drink. I’ll be fine my mangonada elsewhere. Boyfriend was also ignored while an entire conversation went on before he was helped. I’d just rather not go despite having great drinks.
