I miss the original recipes and the ‘midnight’ aspect of this business. I’ve been going here for over 4 years and it’s just not what it used to be... Customer service seriously lacks, cookies are sometimes stale, and half the time they close the stores early. I guess Crumble is putting on the pressure these days.
Please update your hours on doordash. We were able to place an order on Sunday, wondered why everyone was canceling the order. Looks like your closed on Sunday's according to Google... You definitely need to fix that

Been wanting to try these cookies for quite some time now. We got the chocolate chip, double chocolate and cookies and cream cookies. The chocolate chip ones are okay. I've had better! But the double chocolate ones are one of the best I've had. They have many vegan options too.
I went up to the counter and asked the cashier one simple question, politely mind you. if the cookies were soft or hard?. I asked because they looked hard and I can’t eat them hard. Well, I got the nastiest reply from her she was very rude and she said: “why would we serve you hard cookies we make our cookies every night with Fresh ingredients “. And she gave me the look to go with it. With lots of attitude, the professional reply should have been a simple yes or no. Now I will never know what your cookies taste like because your service and attitude stinks. If you can’t be courteous and professional don’t get a job dealing with people.
Been here multiple times since we moved to the area in July.Best cookies: chocolate chip, double chocolate chip,, oatmeal chip (hilariously misspelled as "oatmeat chip on Grubhub!), and coconut.Staff is friendly, service is fast, and masks are always worn.The lobby area is small, so you may have to wait outside while others collect their orders.
Almost swallowed a piece of plastic that was baked into my Pina colada cookie. What I thought was a piece of coconut turned out to be a strip of plastic, from a bag or wrapper. I was pretty disappointed, but not very surprised.
I’ve always enjoyed the cookies at this place. My favorite cookie is the s’mores cookie. With that being said the service can go one way or the other. Sometimes they are totally delightful and sometimes they have the power to ruin your day. Just recently they have been on the negative part of the spectrum.
