I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe meal. Unfortunately I ate 1/2 the burger before realizing that the hamburger patty was seriously under cooked. In addition, the fries tasted odd and were cold and under cooked as well.I will not order from or eat food from this location again.

Best McDonald's food I've had in a long time!! Everything was hot. I asked for no onions, and there were no onions.This was my first time using the app to order and curb-side pickup. I was impressed! They said 5 minutes and it was exactly 5 minutes.I have to drive past 2 other McDonald's to get here, but I may just do that every time.

Perfectly fine, when you can actually get it. I moved to the area just 3 months ago, and I only get McDonald's on occasion. This location is perfectly fine, when you can actually get food. In the time I've been here I have found it inexplicably closed early 3x. Twice now, including tonight, their credit card system has been down. However, they couldn't be bothered to put out a sign letting you know that before I got stuck in a very slow moving line. It is perfectly possible to take card payments when the system is down. One must simply train their staff on the old paper-based methods. I know this because I experienced it at a Wendy's in the past, which is where I went instead.

EDIT: this was wriiten moments before another MCDONALDS employee lunged at a customer and they are still holding the employee back. WTFm mcdonalds..??Just had a horrible experience here this evening! i understand covid has made things difficult, apparently its made two mcdonalds employees over react. it was a LONG day.. i was hungry and thirsty. i lost my phone as well earlier this evening.. needless to say i was refused service, even a simple ice water, because "COVID".... I figured i would try the drive up window, of course knowing it wasnt the norm to do... but it was no different then all the vehicles getting food with windows down talking to each other.... i was refused twice, for mcdonalds lacking common sense. the employee in the drive thru yelled at me telling me i was going to get ran over. i thanked him for the warning, and he got louder... i tried ordering online, and was denied service for trying to use my laptop. this is rediculous. and i now remember why i never go there. very dissapointed.

The young black girl who worked the second window on 02/14 around 930am spit in my mcfrappe.i saw her do it she didn't think I was watching. You could clearly see spit in the middle of the top of the drink. Absolutely shameful and disgusting, she needs to go and not be allowed anywhere near food prep again

Food was cold again, after pick up I drive just 0.5 mile it's always either cold or no more than room temperature. Just about ready for booting them and sticking with Jack in the box. Never had issues there! Mc Donald's should realize were customers not just dollars...

Ordered @ 11:39 am; #7 meal with diet cola.1st window greeted with stern hospitality service's for payment.2nd window greeted with slow service's; soda machine not functioning properly.Also 2nd window order pick-up employee not wearing gloves although touching lids.- Not time result covid 19 be working fast food with no hand protection.Cross contamination.

I am not use to being called a liar when I pointed out that they forgot my fries. Especially when I was standing in the rain in an inch of standing water outside the drive thru. I'm 68 yrs old not going to scam you over 3 med fries

Service has taken a serious decline over the last 6 months or so. Their lobby is never open which means the drive thru is always a super long wait. They randomly close their restaurant at different times or they stick cones in the drive thru…and then you can see the workers just hanging out in there… makes no sense… I’m not sure what’s going on but this location has turned into a real pain so I avoid it..which sucks because it’s the closest location to where I live.

Atrocious customer service. Forgot 6 of my burgers and then refused a refund when contacted about it. This location is known for these issues as well as excessive wait times. Dont bother. The bothell everett highway one is much better. And cheaper.
