So I just spent $8 on $2 McDonald's coffees and I ordered 16 creams 16 sugar.. don't judge me LOL but could you tell me why the manager tia thinks she can lie to past employees about process. Doordash clearly has my receipt as one thing while she clearly inputs my order into her system poorly. When I call back she tells me to blame it on doordash and give them a call. Lady tells me that they cannot alter doordash orders and it's not her fault but here's the thing ?☝️ you have to enter the doordash order into your system and if you don't punch the order in correctly and you don't follow the process then it was your fault. So during the phone call we took no personal apologies, nor personal acceptance. the only personal acceptance that was taken was that she packed my order and it was correct (in her eyes) So then I asked her if I could send her the email with my receipt in it from doordash and she said sure so I sent it to her and we're getting ready to end the call and she goes is there anything else I can do for you? Yeah could you check that email so you could see that it was entered in wrong? Cuz I mean shouldn't you be doing that as you're working with a customer? And she said yeah but you didn't say that I had to do that when I asked if there was anything else.? What is wrong with people ?!?! Yay Colby McDonald's morning shift
This McDonald's seems to be a cut above the others in the area. The staff clearly work as a team and they pay attention to details. Fries are cooked perfectly and salted an appropriate amount (a problem at a lot of other McDonalds), and they consistently get the order correct the first time. They are consistently good, and for a fast food chain that is about the highest praise I can give.
Currently in line at the drive thru. And literally in front of the menu trying to take my order and not one word from an employee letting me know it was going to take 35 min just to take an order. Ended up just moving forward and still waiting. After 50 min of waiting and finally getting to the window just to place my order the employee tells me he can only do orders via phone. The owners and management of this location should be embarrassed of themselves. What a waste of my time to give them a chance to earn my business. I’ll give them a 0 for customer service and a 0 for resolving the concern
The service was fast and efficient. The problem I have is the 2 crispy chicken sandwiches had nothing on them but 2 very wilted pickle slices each and the buns were also wilted. There were no condiments on the sandwiches. The chicken was certainly not crisp either. These were ordered at exactly 10:30 am when the lunch menu started and should have been very fresh.
Ordered breakfast via DoorDash. Dasher sat there and waited an hour. Then when I checked in on him he said McDonalds refused to fill the order because they “aren’t serving breakfast anymore” I was able to order it you should honor the order!
Decent McDonald's, some things are a little more costly than other McDonald's. But food is typically good.2 out of 3 noms.I took a star away due to having to deal with the obnoxiously bright menu sign in the morning. I literally have to put my sunglasses on or my retinas start melting.
Thanks Dylan, the service you gave me was something I would expect at a fine dining establishment. You clearly put a great deal of effort into treating every customer with respect and maintiaining a positive attitude! The spicy mcchicken sandwich was nothing short of divine. Good job!!!
Absolutely terrible. 1 car ahead of me and it took 15 minutes for me to be able to order. I asked the cashier guy if maybe they could throw in a free fry for the inconvenience and he seemed to be cool with that. I get up to grab my food and nothing extra was in there. Also there was no Mayo on my Mc chicken. Terrible service and food.
i am so frustrated. i wanted a sausage mcmuffin but they were out of the muffin. so i got two chicken sandwiches one was spicy with cheese and onion. the other was normal with lettuce. they messed them both up and didn’t do anything i had asked for?? least my free fries were scolding hot i guess
Saw that the current listing shows Dine-in and Carry out are currently available and placed an order on the app. When I arrived via an electric scooter the lobby had a sign saying it was closed so I attempted to go through the drive-thru to pick up my order and was turned away because I was not in a vehicle but was offered no other method for pickup. Thanks for nothing.
