I swear the employees here really hate their job. It doesn’t matter the time of day or night. Something is always missing or food isn’t made right. They forget a burger or fries from my order but I ask for a thing of ranch and it’s the end of the world. “We usually charge for those so next time you’ll need to ask when your ordering” yeah I’ll do that once you get my order right. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
Doorw are locked all day. No dine in or take out. Extremely long drive thru lines that don't move fast. Don't waste your time, unless you have lots of it for sitting around waiting.
The last three times within 3 weeks have gone to get a shamrock McFlurry and all times the ice cream machine was broken. Used drive through and suggested they might want to put a no ice cream sign out to not waste time sitting in the drive through. Got a eye roll. As if that was to much trouble.
I am giving 3 stars based only on 1 factor and its a big one. Their shake machine is always broken. Which is incredibly frustrating. It is not just this location that has this problem either. I would say just about every location I've been too within my local area, at 1 time or another has had this issue. It's like COME ON GUYS ?! GET IT FIGURED OUT ! It cannot be that difficult to work a friggin shake machine ?!?! Lol.
I don't know why I bother going to I McDonald's. Literally screw up something everytime I order something. Here is a photo of the latte I ordered with an extra espresso shot. I took one sip and spit it out. Poured it into a glass to see that it's literally just steamed milk. No espresso whatsoever. Glad I got charged for an extra shot. Now I get to go to Starbucks and spend more money as I'm done going back here for good!
I was there last night, it was super busy but my food was good. Usually the fries are bad but this time they were good. The person that gave me the food at the window was very friendly and funny. I think her was name was Diana. Made my night better.
This restaurant was really good and I would refer to anybody that I know the food was fresh the customer service was amazing and I believe that I do want to choose to eat at this place tomorrow! Thank you for serving me some fresh high quality food and I look forward to seeing the entirety of this McDonald's crew in the near future.
