Paid $20 for the worst teriyaki I have ever eaten. Rice was overcooked and flavorless. The chicken was a absolute joke. Rubbery and insulting to the tastebuds.Pretty upset at just how bad it was. Not making this mistake again.
Not much value but they are expensive. They serve this hot food in Plastic--because toxic chemicals make it better???It comes with "rice and vegetables" but you look under the few pieces of cabbage and carrots slice and you see--more rice?!?!You can substitute rice and veggies for Yakisoba noodles --for $2 charge??? Um okay. But at the time of this posting this plate of General Tso's Chicken (and MSG) with rice and rice/vegetables cost $13.49 plus tax.So again a lot of price and not much value.
Really old fashioned to a glaring fault. If you order food, you’d better eat it on the spot because they seal all of their plates with a plastic you have to fight through to eat. Getting to food shouldn’t be difficult at 12 dollars a plate on average. Whatever you do, DO NOT order milk tea, because you’ll get a cup full of ice with some milk tea in it, which tells me immediately that they like to cut costs as much as possible. The cherry on top of the cake of mediocrity is that they charge for additional sauce (it’s 2022, who actually unironically does that anymore?).As for the food, it’s just okay, there is better teriyaki out there, with none of the ridiculousness this place goes out of their way to dish out.
Very tasty food. The spicy teriyaki was tasty and I appreciate them providing brown rice option. The boba and mango jelly is awesome in the beverage options. My only complaint is with the significantly smaller portion sizes for main courses and teriyaki plates when compared to other similar teriyaki places at similar price point with similar food quality. I felt the portion sizes were 25% less than what they should be at that price point. The food was very tasty though and the delivery was quick.
This place sucks. Go to any other teriyaki shop nearby and the food will taste way better, you'll get more and it will be cheaper.Alternatively, if you like a pre-packaged looking teriyaki meal the resembles those $1 frozen TV dinners, then this place is your saving grace.
Pro: if you’re in a pinch, they are open late, until 11:30pm.Cons: rather small serving size for the price. Heavy on rice, light on protein (I got chicken teriyaki) and the mixed vegetables…it’s literally one bite of cabbage with some scattered carrots on top of rice. See photo.Overall I was hungry and happy to see them open, but I likely wouldn’t return.
I find it amazing how these places with five stars have awful food and an amazing place like this has three stars? I'm beginning to find that Google ratings are not at all indicative of the actual quality of an establishment. This was the best Chinese I've ever had in everett. The presentation of their food even you order on grub hub is the coolest thing I've ever seen.
Amazing food but I wanted a FULL SERVING OF RICE NOT 10
I don' know if it is common practice or just forgot on my order but i did mot receive a single sauce packet in my order. i ordered 3 items, one of which being chicken teryiaki, and there was no teriyaki sauce, not a single soy sauce, and the orange chicken was so dry and flavorless it would have need its own sauce to be edible. I have ordered from here before and it was pretty good but this order makes me not want to order again nor recommend it if this is the quality to be expected.
I ordered a spicy noodle meal & the noodles were so sweet. Too much going on in the plate. I got a house special with extra noodles & spicy. It was so greasy. I feel like I just wasted so much food & money on this. I will never order again here & I'm going to tell everyone there food is not good :( What a waste. I ordered on door dash it was 30 something dollars & now it's all a waste smh I wouldn't even give this too my kids or pets!
