The cashier isn't very friendly and every single booth table is sticky and has crumbs on them. There's literally nobody here. I'd think they could clean them. And the bread is hard.A young girl here is cool, let me use the restroom before I bought anything and was nice about it.

Your sandwiches are consistently good. Bread is always fresh and your staff is excellent. The one at the Alderwood Mall is not good. Always get day old bread that is hard and chewy. Keep up the good work!
Too many online orders…. Great…. What about your in store customers that just stopped to grab a sandwich and are told to wait because you have to do online orders ?!?!?!?!

Great sandwiches, amazing fresh bread. We always get the Spicy East Coast Italian it has double the meat I just wish it came with more cheese. The meats are sliced nice and thin and when they make the sandwich the cheese is in between the meat so it doesn't get soggy. This is how I judge a great sandwich spot. They also have great proportion of meat to vegetable. They use good quality everything on their sandwiches. I have never had a bad sandwich from Jimmy Johns. They also have a great rewards program.
I like their sandwiches. 3/5 because I did a web order and turned out my order was done but never updated that I could pick it up. I had to go inside to check on it. Waited 15 minutes and unsure how long it was ‘completed’ for.
Freakishly Fast. Bread is a little difficult to chew
Even half of the star. About 20 minuts agoordered beef and chiken wraps and beef sandvich. Came home and...vualya. No beef in beef wrap. Destroed half ofwrap and no trases of meat there. Going to take sharge from my card
