been ordering them in every 4-6 weeks for company's Friday lunch in the past year (usually for 6-10 people); long delivery time (took 45-60 mins, we are only 5 mins driving time from them) and always missing some sides and drinks. Like today, ordered 3 out of 6 meals with bottle water and none was there! Last time, delivered only the sandwiches, but all sides and drinks gone missing... for group order and delivery, don't choose this location.

As always, they're freaky fast. The staff was awesome.

Workers here either over worked or lazy, but working at subway before I'm actually surprised the quality of Jimmy Johns has went down the toilet. This is my second delivery of food where they made a sandwhich with a bunch of stuff on it then picked it off realizing I wanted nothing on it. It tasted disgusting, I didn't ask for you to put lettuce tomatoes etc on there then remove it off leaving the residue.Anyone with allergy issues DO NOT order here and stay FAR away, I'm very lucky the sandwhich didn't have pickles on it or I would've been in the hospital. These guys do NOT care about the food they're making. I left two complaints and no ones done anything about this location but replace people with far more lazy people.Today was the last time I'll be ordering from this store forever - the local Jersey Mikes has never messed up a sandwhich from the three years I've lived in Everett, where as Jimmy Johns ... well there's a reason I'm done eating here.

I have learned to be careful about ordering from this location. The sandwich that was just delivered to me was not what I ordered and due to restrictions, I cannot eat it this way.When I called the store I was polite and the lady on the other end had an attitude with me. She offered me credit. So now I have nothing for lunch. When I told her that I wanted the sandwich she said rather rudely that she had no idea how long it would take but "would be quite a while". One would think that after making a mistake the store would want to rectify things as quickly as possible.It will be a long time before I consider ordering from here again. I can tell by looking at the sandwich that instructions were not followed. This is not a case of getting the wrong one.Update: I took a gamble and ordered again as I had a day that I needed a lunch in a hurry and didn't want McDonald's. This turned out to be the wrong choice again. When I opened my sandwich to add the mayo, it surprised me to see plastic wrap in the sandwich! I called the store to report it and the girl who answered would not apologize or offer any solution. I am done with Jimmy John's.

2 for 2 ordered for surprise lunch gifts and showed up very late on 2 separate occasions. Today, I Ordered before they opened for a 2 pm time drop off literally right across the street. I called ahead to make sure they would write something on the sandwhuch for me and they said they would.. they forgot that as well. Poor customer service. Rude employees. Wont be back.

If you've never tried it you must blows Subway out of the water, there's a few quirky choices for the menu, but once you learn the system it works in your favor.A must try

Absolutely HORRENDOUS I went here after a long day and I was so disappointed. The sandwich was cold and depressing I would never recommend eating here to anyone the service was horrendous same with the food
