Really wonderful service - our server Mario was super attentive both times I’ve been here, and we’ve noticed the very friendly staff who seem always willing to help! My Crab Mac and Cheese was delicious. The only thought is that it would have been even better if it came with a side salad or some veggie — but all in all, a really nice experience!
The coffee wasnât very good and no vanilla creamer. Sweet cream pancakes are delicious. Had to ask for more syrup though. ð pretty good atmosphere overall.
Service was horrible. It was very slow, drinks were unavailable, food orders were messed upâ¦just general bad service. Iâve had a good experience beforeâ¦but yesterday was unacceptable.
Always enjoy dining at the Jetty! Our server was awesome! The only downside to our experience was 2 of the items I planned to order was sold out by the time I ordered ð«¤. Otherwise, a great evening.
Very disappointing lunch on the patio. The lettuce in my Caesar Salad was old and wilted and the dressing runny. Also don't appreciate the two dogs nearby, the huge one licking his owner's plate.
The location was nice, and it was a beautiful night for outdoor dining. Even being outside it was quite noisy. I LOVED that people could bring their well behaved dogs to dine, as I am an avid dog lover. I hated that the food was really poor tasting. Very expensive crummy tasting crab cake and then only fair, rather bland Alaskan cod. Mario the server was outstanding. My husband liked his burger very much at least. It seems they try too hard to be fancy, and having things on the menu which I wasn't sure what they were even, and need to invest more in simply making simpler recipes that actually taste good. VERY expensive prices, and I was really longing for good tasting Dungeness crab cakes. The crab meat was delicious but the other things in the cake were very unappetizing. I am still longing for good crab cakes.
Beautiful view for an upscale breakfast and cup of coffee. Server was upbeat, friendly, and professional. I don't recommend if you are in a hurry or looking for a bargain, as all is northwest-inspired made-to-order. This is a place to treat yourself and relax!
Great location on the Everett waterfront. Staff was friendly and attentive. Some unique drink options which is always fun. Food was decent.
My husband and I went for dinner on a Wednesday around 6pm. It wasn't busy at all. The space is beautiful. Nice menu. The Jack and diet we ordered was super weak or they forgot to add the alcohol. The Black Pearl alcoholic beverage was delicious! The food was great: the Jetty burger was average and the fries were delicious. The cod and chips were delicious. Service was friendly but very slow, especially considering that it seemed we went during a non-peak time of the week.
Inconsistent restaurant. Food was OK, sometimes good, but well overpriced for quality. Fish and Chips were far more breading than Cod. Appetizer Elote dip had reasonable flavor, but corn was clearly canned corn and it came with not nearly enough chips and some were stale. Steak salad was reasonable. Service was friendly and attentive. The Space itself has horrible acoustics. Echo echo echo. They turn up the music to try and white noise it, but you can't cover up an echo like that. Poorly designed space for noise.
