Never order “Mikes way”. Unless you want a goopy soggy piece of bread you could eat with a straw…..Service was ok otherwise. Threw the sandwich out though because I couldn’t get through the wall of vinaigrette.
Just walked out of this location, employees are not listening to customers at all and just shouting back the same thing till the customer agrees. I didn't want my sub mikes way, I just wanted the sandwich how it is. Why is this a hard concept for your employees to grasp? Do you make more money when it's Mike's way? Is this you forcing up sales?
Love this Jersey Mike's!! Great #13!! I always say I'm gonna try something different, and I always end up with #13!!
EDIT: I can't respond to you directly so I will do it here. First off that phone number you list IS NOT the phone number listed for your store in google or the Jersey Mikes app. As for the phone errors I have a recorded calls you can listen to of no one picking up and 'at the tone leave your message--the system is unavailable'. Also have one from earlier in the year when I was told there was no club supreme being offered because of the shortages--which I get, supply and all that. But you have my order and time since it was mobile and depending on your security cam setup you can watch what happened.ORI:Still terrible after a year; no changes. Order a club supreme. They forget the turkey and the bacon. Both of which were visible when picked up in the store so its not a shortage. Call, no one picks up. Want to leave a message? System says its broken. Speed was okay and in a reasonable time. But the accuracy and support is atrocious.
Won't answer the phone, my pregnant wife would love a super sub right about now. Also the app won't work for delivery. Don't know what's going on with this location. I normally frequent the monroe and and arlington locations get amazing service everytime.
Came in 10-16-21 around 12 noon. I've never had a bad experience until now. When I went to place my order they told me it will be at least 30 minutes until I can take your order because we a a large catering order. Not how you run your business.Lisa made it right this morning, thank you for the 2 free subs.
The staff were very friendly. The lettuce and other veggies were fresh. Everything tasted great.
Went here for lunch today although the sandwich was delicious, and everything on it including the bread was fresh, There was no accessible restrooms to wash my hands before dining in. And even though there was an ice tea maker, there was no ice tea ready. and I love your guyses Ice Tea ? I'll prob wait a while before going back or just go to the marysville store. The staff was ok there were 2 obviously new folks and they were friendly
I only gave a 2 star review because the sandwiches themselves are great. But the service…. Don’t even get me started. The slowness of the employees during lunch rush is astonishing. They have two people working while there is several people in line waiting to order and a bunch of mobile orders. Only piece of advice is to hire more people of have more staff on the floor during the rush.
This place is consistent at delivering an entirely frustrating and discombobulated experience. There seems to be ongoing, constant training (I’m assuming because of employee turnover) and the management (when present) doesn’t appear to know the first thing about management.Nearly every time I’ve come here, the staff asks the customer a question, doesn’t listen, and proceeds to just start making the sandwich how they see fit. “Do you want that Mike’s Way?”... well I hope so because if not you’ve basically broken the machine and expect basic think-for-yourself to come into play which is obviously a no-no in any sort of training that they do.As a result, most of the time as a customer you end up micro managing the sandwich building process which also sends the 35 employees behind the counter scrambling in all directions asking each other what to do. This then tanks efficiency (thus the egregious overstaffing) and customers are left standing around, angry wondering how one business could make putting a sandwich together so hard. Oh, and your order is likely still wrong. This is nothing new, it’s been going on at this location for years. Your best bet is to order online and take what you get.
