Ordered delivery directly from their website. Was indicated it would be delivered within the hour.Five days later. Still have yet to receive my order. Was charged for it. But apparently that’s as far as it went.Called the restaurant multiple times, once 1.5 hours later. Once 2 hours later. Each time I was told it was on the way and then was hung up on. Interesting that she could discern that over the phone without having received any information from me about who I was or what my order was.I wish I could give feedback on the food. But I never got it. Got charged though. So that’s fun. Luckily my credit card company has significantly superior customer service.
I had the Shrimp Egg Fu yung and I really wanted to like it. The patties are full of shrimp and veggies but I used white rice with it and was not impressed. Tried it twice second time there was egg shells or grit inside it. But on the other hand the Beef Chow Mein was amazing so I need to try more to give it a appropriate rating
Good food at decent prices. I had the pork fried rice (not to be confused with BBQ pork fried rice). Big portions.
If they bothered to cook the veggies it would have been nice. Hot and Sour soup had huge pieces of raw mushrooms dumped on top. And steamed veggies were just raw veggies, no steam involved
Super gross food, Totally frozen and reheated. Only God knows how long the food has been frozen, and reheated. Seafood items are extra fishy tasting/smelling. Save your wallet, and stomach, better off going to panda express.
Always love picking up dinner at Jade Garden! The Shuimai and Potstickers are my favorite. Thank you for always being consistent.
My husband stop by today and picked up some lunch for us. He had Generals Chicken and I had Snow Peas w/Chicken. It was very, very good and everything was fresh. Plus the hot n sour soup was perfect. This is our new favorite Chinese Restaurant and very nice people work there too. Thank you and we will be back very soon!! I give them a 10+ out of 10!
I ordered 10 different dim sum items to be delivered. They arrived earlier than I expected which was great. Each item was hot, tasty, and very satisfying.
Poor customer service, but the food was good. Will be giving it another try to see if I have a better experience next time.
The Jade Garden delivers on time, the food comes hot, and it's consistent and tasty. Chinese food restaurants can be quite variable with spiciness and flavor, but it's the same every time. We really love the crispy Sesame beef and the mushu chicken. Get extra pancakes if you get mushu. That's my only advice. Food's great. Nuff said :-).
