Mobile order. They had our order ready promptly & even asked what sauce we wanted with our egg rolls!Reason for Four Stars is STILL the lack of Dine-In availability!
Went thru the drive thru, I checked my bag before i pulled off, good thing cuz i was given a regular fry and a curly instead of two curly. The guy was very polite, gave me my curly and let me keep the regular ones too. Spicy chicken is spicy, but not enough meet. I feel like its too much breading. I love the curly fries. Thank God for coupons otherwise i would have paid 33$ instead of $17 like i did for dinner for two.
Again this location at Airport Road and HWY 99, is the best one within a 5 mile radius. For whatever reason this location the employees are. Hella cool, and stay open usually longer than the other close locations. Plus they make your order right the first time, every time. Keep it up Jack you guys are awesome.
Food is pretty good there. So far they have not messed up any orders for me. They also are really fast. I never have to wait usually just as soon as I pull past the order speaker I pay and immediately have my order in my hands and I'm off. So in my opinion, this Jack is the box to go to ! Ha ha ! See what I did there ?
Asked for no ice and didn't listen. There was 1 car infront of us, so I know it wasn't due to being busy

They are very nice and I love their cheesecake I can never get enough of Jack in the box cheesecake. And their little tacos as well. Not the healthiest food but definitely tasty for Americans. I just advise don't abuse it, just use it and enjoy it.
The damn ice cream machine is down EVERY dang night! They never want to have to make any shakes. Such a let-down
We live right by here and my daughter prefers to go. Besides the fact 99% of the time they forget at least 2-3 items which we never get back or reimbursed.
TERRIBLE SERVICE messed up my order twice I ordered 2 jumbo jacks and one sourdough grilled chicken sandwich but the guy there gave me 2 sourdough grilled chicken sandwichs we came back to get the correct order but ended up CHARGING me 7.68 more for that order. The guy told me for that mistake he gave me the 2 jumbo jacks for free and fries plus drink there was no fries and they scammed my 20.00 dollars the sourdough grilled chicken they supposedly fixed they put meat not chicken and not even a piece of lettuce.
