Not impressed with the service here I asked the drive thru employee 3 times if i he put my taco sauces and ranch and ketchup in the bag of food he said yes it was, well it was not in there I already got on the freeway and could not turn around so to late I had my food with no sauces to go with the tacos and chicken strips and French fries I was eating, I was not happy not sure I will be going back there again anytime soon.
I went through the drive thru today at 11:42am my order was short the 4 tacos I had ordered but yet I was charged for them. I tried calling multiple times yet it just rang and rang and rang until it hung up what good is having a phone number if no one is ever going to answer it?.
I always like their breakfast the burrito it's amazing
Items were left out of my order, multiple times. I finally sought revision for the error just to experience an extremely rude supervisor (pictured) and an unprofessional manager by the name of Victor Lopez. I consider myself an extremely tolerant person. This experience has pushed me to report this location to the franchise.
Service is great, they always makes sure i have everything and make my burger how i like it.
Tell me why it says 24hrs online yet everytime I come through at 4pm after work as a nightshift worker I am greeted with “welcome to jack in the box we are closed”??? Update yalls hours
The food was good. They were out of ice when we went. And my son's coke tasted funny. But the food was delicious ?.
I loved my Classic Burger with dry fries and cold coke after a long day at work.
It's sort of what you'd expect out of a Jack-in-the-Box on Casino Road... Not exactly great but it is what it is.
