DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, PERIOD. Every time we've gone our orders either been messed up or missing something. Today was so disgusting I can't even believe they would send that garbage out the door like that. We got breakfast sandwiches, and all of the eggs had DARK GREEN DISCOLORING. I found out the hard way because I took a bite and it tasted awful, so I opened the sandwich and saw the green all over. Checked all the other sandwiches and it was the same. There's no way the place is clean inside, or they're using pre-fried eggs that got moldy which leads to the same point about it not being clean. Thanks for ruining my father's day breakfast, best hope I don't get sick or there's gonna be bigger issues than a negative review.
Had a big order and then got the dreaded response of in going to have you pill around and park, so I did but to my amazement he was walking out to hand me the food as soon as I pulled in . Very nice treat and great customer service
Literally the WORST jack in the box ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. On NUMEROUS occasions our orders have been screwed up, by either us receiving the wrong order all together, or we’ll be missing items and our sandwiches won’t have the right toppings. I am severely disappointed as this has consistently happened to us. We even received a breakfast sandwich that was burned, and the milkshake I ordered was so thick and sweet it was nauseating. We will never be returning to this location, and we advise everyone else do the same.
We ordered a large #10 meal with a coke, 2 tacos, 7 jalapeño poppers, and the 3 cheese and bacon loaded fries. The person repeated our order correctly when we finished ordering, and once again at the window. We got home and I was missing my large fries, and instead of the loaded fries we were given loaded mini tacos. To make things worse the jalapeño poppers were cold, and they were too busy for us to go back.
The drive thru is incredibly slow. Just went there a few days ago and there was 2 cars in front of me and I ended up waiting in the drive thru for 17 minutes. The employees were also pretty rude and barely spoke English and they also got my order wrong and they wouldn’t fix it at the window and told me to go around and get back in line which I didn’t because I wasn’t going to sit and wait another 17 minutes. Also there’s about 20-30 homeless/drug addicts that sit right and hangout right in the parking lot and they will come up to your car so BE CAREFUL!!!!
It's Jack in the box, the teriyaki bowl combo is great but kinda microwavey, burgers are generally pretty good. They always seem to use really fresh lettuce too, which is a big plus
Ya get what ya get. The person who took my order was hard to understand. There was no language barrier, she spoke too fast. When I got to the window, she pretty much shoved the bag at me and turned away. The food (breakfast sandwich) was edible.
Tweakers everywhere they will come up to your car stand in the way of the drive through it's just all bad out side. The staff is not friendly However I don't think I would be working in an environment like that so probably not there fault.
Ordered my meal, got to the window, confirmed my burgers preference and fries I ordered. Was read back what I said, then handed my food and it has wrong fries, burger was wrong, and no sauce for my nuggets...fantastic
very rude staff ...especially the cashiers granted the neighborhood is not the best. .but don't take it out on the customers....20 minutes in line to find out they didn't have what I wanted
