So I have made an online order. Just came to the just drive thur. On 05/27/2022 at 1:39pm and just wanted some ranch? With my food, then I ask the lady at the window. She was rude and mean, and direspectful and unprofessional. I don't understand why shes a managers. Just for some ranch. She said no and that I didn't order any ranch. Is this how you guys run your business. How sad!!!!
Went to Jack in the box had a 2 ultimate cheese burger meals and had a coupon 2 for 11 I usually receive the receipt but the cashier didn't give me and I knew something was wrong already I drove off but I came right back less then 5 mins checked my account I was overcharge I told the cashier it's not my fault the machine only did what it did I was clam until she was being aggress towards I told her I get I know the system missed upand when I ask for a refund I've haven't touch the food she said you left so I can't refund you a manager can only refund you theres nothing I can do I never heard a policy like that and I ask for the coupon she said no because I've used it and I told her if I was given the receipt in the first place i wouldve caught it before hand and I would have to wait for a manager the next day so everyone make sure you ask for a receipt because they'll overcharge you
This place is constantly slow and messing up my orders. Today was the last straw because they didn’t refund the difference. I asked for a medium #7 which is a bacon ultimate cheeseburger. I got to the window and it was somehow changed to a#11 which is the Homestyle chicken sandwich. 11 and 7 sound nothing alike. Also #7 is $11.49 for the combo, while #11 is $11.58. So I should’ve been refunded the 9 cents plus tax, but wasn’t. They also have a tendency to not give out receipts which is illegal. You need to be asking customers if they want them. My experience explains why receipts are necessary
You would do a lot better if you were actually open once in a while lol.
I decided to give Jack-in-the-Box another try after not eating here for years due to too many bad experiences. Never again will I eat at a Jack-in-the-Box. I tried taking my burger back that was entirely incorrect. The employees refused to him replace it even though I was extremely nice about it. All I want is what I had paid for and did not get it. So I will never ever eat at a Jack-in-the-Box again
They got better but the gentleman at the window didn't hear the hole order because of feedback in the microphone. But keep working on it and you will get better reviews.
Forgot our tacos. But I don't blame the workers. I wouldn't take my job seriously if I got paid poverty wages ?
This location has great customer service and is easy to access from the freeway. There was a mess up with my order but the manager, Alicia, was very professional and took care of me! I would highly recommend this location because you get great customer service and yummy food!
The manager here is the rudest person I have ever met. She has no business in customer service, let alone management. I used to love this location and their staff, but I will NEVER go there again, and neither should you. Do not support this business.ALSO: I see the owner has left many comments on the reviews below. I already left my feedback with Jack in the Box through the app, I will let you know if they actually take care of the situation and make it right, like all their comments say they will...FOLLOW-UP: Nobody ever contacted me. They don't care at all. Do not give this business your money
Great food, drive thru only. Line moved rapidly. Pleasant employees.
